Education Qualification (शैक्षणक योग्यता)

  • पिउन/आदेशपालः दसवीं (मैट्रिक) उतीर्ण अथवा समकक्ष।
  • दफ्तरीः दसवीं (मैट्रिक) उतीर्ण अथवा समकक्ष एवं एक वर्ष का कार्यानुभव।
  • चालक (स्थापना): दसवीं (मैट्रिक) उतीर्ण अथवा समकक्ष तथा एल.एम.भी. का लाईसेंस धारक।

आवेदन फार्म कहाँ भेजें

उम्मीदवार अपना स्वहस्तलिखित आवेदन पत्र एवं प्रवेश पत्र देवनागरी लिपि में प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश गढ़वा को संबोधित करते हुए विहित प्रारूप में अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में दिनांक 28 फरवरी 2023 के अंदर तक स्वयं या निबंधित डाक/ स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा कार्य दिवस को प्रातः 10.30 बजे से शाम 05.00 बजे तक जमा कर सकते हैं। उपरोक्त तिथि के उपरांत प्राप्त होने वाले आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जायेगें।




आवश्यक दस्तावेज (Important Documents)

आवेदन फार्म भरने के पश्चात आपको आवश्यक दस्तावेज पोस्ट आफिस के द्वारा भेजने होंगे। आवेदक, आवेदन पत्र के साथ 3 अद्यतन पासपोर्ट साइज का फोटोग्राफ संलग्न करें, जिसमें एक आवेदन पत्र पर, दूसरा प्रवेश पत्र पर सटा रहना चाहिए एवं तीसरा अतिरिक्त होगा। स्व पता लिखा लिफाफा 25 से.मी. X 11 से.मी. (प्रवेश पत्र पर निर्गत करने हेतु) जिसपर 40 /- रूपये का डाक टिकट सटा हुआ हो, आवेदन-पत्र के साथ संलग्न हो।

अपनी उम्र, शैक्षणिक तथा वांछित योग्यता से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र की स्वअभिप्रमाणित प्रति एवं आरक्षित वर्ग के आवेदक आरक्षण से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र की स्वअभिप्रमाणित प्रति आवेदन के साथ अवश्य संलग्न करें।




महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

  1. आवेदन-पत्र के प्रपत्र ‘क’ एवं ‘ख’ के प्रारूप को पृथक पन्नों में आवेदन के साथ संलग्न करें। प्रपत्र ‘क’ के प्रारूप को हिंदी में भरें जो स्वहस्तलिखित एवं स्वहस्ताक्षरित हो। आवेदक प्रपत्र ‘ख’ को स्वहस्तलिखित प्रति में आवेदन के साथ संलग्न करें। प्रपत्र ‘ख’ की कंडिका 4 एवं 5 को छोड़कर अन्य कण्डिकाएँ आवेदक स्वयं भरें। आवेदन पत्र का प्रारूप व्यवहार न्यायालय, गढ़वा की वेबसाइट www.districts.ecourts.gov.in/garhwa से भी डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है।
  2. आवेदकों को व्यवहार न्यायालय, गढ़वा में आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि तक वांछित शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  3. उम्मीदवार एक आवेदन पत्र पर केवल एक ही पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  4. उपरोक्त वांछित सूचनाएँ किसी प्रकार से अपूर्ण होने पर अथवा वांछित प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न नहीं रहने पर उम्मीदवार का आवेदन किसी भी समय रद्द कर दिया जायेगा और तत्संबंधी किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार अमान्य होगा।
  5. आवेदक का प्रवेश पत्र, जिसमे परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार का स्थान एवं तिथि अंकित होगा, उनके दर्शाये गए पते पर डाक द्वारा भेजा जायेगा।
  6. उम्मीदवार द्वारा नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को किसी भी रूप से प्रभावित करने के प्रयास को उनकी अयोग्यता मानते हुए उनकी अभ्यर्थिता तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
  7. लिफाफे के ऊपर विज्ञापन संख्या, आवेदित पद का नाम एवं श्रेणी बड़े-बड़े एवं साफ अक्षरों में लिखा जाना आवश्यक है।
  8. वर्तमान विज्ञापन में किसी भी प्रकार का संशोधन अथवा निरस्तीकरण का अधिकार अधोहस्ताक्षरी के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
  9. परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाये जाने पर कोई मार्ग व्यय देय नहीं होगा।

Bihar Post Office GDS Recruitment Online Form 2023: बिहार डाक सर्किल में 1,461 ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों की बहाली होगी । इसका ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने के लिए वेवसाइट www. indiapostgdsonline.gov.in पर जाना होगा। आवेदन में उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले दस्तावेज सही होना चाहिए। कारण, सत्यापन के दौरान गलत पाए जाने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।

Registration Instrucation

It Should be noted that candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before registering in Portal.

  • Registration is mandatory for applying online.
    • In the Registration, the mobile number and email ID are to be unique and also require validation for mapping as a registered email/mobile number.        For this purpose, OTP will be sent to the given mobile number and email ID without which the number cannot be registered and the candidate cannot make a Registration.
  • For registering the application, the candidate is required to submit the following basic details.
    1. Mobile Number: The candidate has to enter 10 digit mobile number.
    2. Email: The candidate has to enter a valid Email ID.
  • Candidate should provide a valid mobile number and email through which he/she will receive further course communication. It is mandatory that the candidate should keep his/her mobile number and email in active condition during the course of the recruitment process as there is no provision for change of these details. Deduplication shall not be allowed. Only one Registration is allowed per candidate.




3. Application’s Name: The candidate has to enter his/her name as per the secondary school certificate.

4. Father’s Name/Mother’s Name: The candidate has to enter his/her Father’s name/Mother’s name as per the secondary school certificate.

5. Date of Birth: Candidate has to enter his/her Date of Birth as per secondary school Certificate

6. Gender: The candidate has to enter his/her Gender.

6 (a). Select (In case of Transgender): This field will be enabled only if the candidate selects Transgender above.

7. Community: The community should be selected as per the community certificate.

8. Circle in which secondary school passed: Candidate has to enter respective postal circle according to the state passed. The list of states and corresponding circles can be viewed by clicking on the link “click here to know your circle”.

9. Year of passing secondary school: The candidate has to enter his/her year of passing the 10th Class.




10. Aadhaar Number: The candidate has to enter 12 digits unique Aadhaar Number.

11. Are You a Person with a Disability: The candidate has to select Yes/No according to his/her disability status.

11(a). Type of Disability: This field will be enabled only if the candidate selects “yes” in the above field.

11(a)(i). Select PWD SubCategory: Candidate has to select the respective PWD subcategory.

12. Languages Studied in the 10th class: The candidate has to select the languages that he/she studied in the 10th class. One can select multiple languages here.

13. Whether Employed: The candidate has to select yes/no according to his/her employment status.

13(a). Whether employer NOC is available: This field will be enabled if the candidate selects “yes” in the above field.

14 & 15. Candidate needs to upload his/her latest photo and signature in jpg/jpeg format with the following specifications.
Photo: size – not exceeding 50kb
Signature: size – not exceeding 20kb




Fee Payment Instructions
  •  It should be noted that candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before making fee payments since the fee once paid will not be refunded.
  • The candidate requires to make a Fee Payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) for the online submission of the application. However, the following category is exempted from fee payment, all female / trans-woman candidates and all SC/ST candidates.
  • Fee Payment can be made only online in the same portal.
  • All types of payment modes like recognized credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. Payment Gateway Charges as applicable are to be borne by the candidates in addition to the fee.

It Should be noted that candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before registering in Portal.

  • Registration is mandatory for applying online.
    • In the Registration, the mobile number and email ID are to be unique and also require validation for mapping as a registered email/mobile number.        For this purpose, OTP will be sent to the given mobile number and email ID without which the number cannot be registered and the candidate cannot make a Registration.
  • For registering the application, the candidate is required to submit the following basic details.
    1. Mobile Number: The candidate has to enter 10 digit mobile number.
    2. Email: The candidate has to enter a valid Email ID.
  • Candidate should provide a valid mobile number and email through which he/she will receive further course communication. It is mandatory that the candidate should keep his/her mobile number and email in active condition during the course of the recruitment process as there is no provision for change of these details. Deduplication shall not be allowed. Only one Registration is allowed per candidate.




3. Application’s Name: The candidate has to enter his/her name as per the secondary school certificate.

4. Father’s Name/Mother’s Name: The candidate has to enter his/her Father’s name/Mother’s name as per the secondary school certificate.

5. Date of Birth: Candidate has to enter his/her Date of Birth as per secondary school Certificate

10. Aadhaar Number: The candidate has to enter 12 digits unique Aadhaar Number.

Fee Payment Instructions
  •  It should be noted that candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility before making fee payments since the fee once paid will not be refunded.

Bihar Deled 2023 Notification Out: प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा में डिप्लोमा (डी०एल०एड०) पाठ्यक्रम के सत्र 2023-25 में नामांकन हेतु निदेशक, शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण, शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार, पटना के पत्रांक- 12/विविध – 11/ 2016 (अंश1)-07 दिनांक 06.01.2023 द्वारा संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा आयोजन हेतु स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए पत्रांक- 12 / विविध-11/2016 (अंश-1)-32 दिनांक 18.01.2023 द्वारा निदेश दिए गए हैं। डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में सम्मिलित होने के इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी अन्य संबंधितों को सूचित किया जाता है कि NCTE से मान्यता प्राप्त एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति से सम्बद्धता प्रदत्त डी०एल०एड० प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम संचालित राज्य के सभी राजकीय / अराजकीय प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में कुल स्वीकृत सीटों के विरूद्ध नामांकन के लिए चयन हेतु डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 (online) का आयोजन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है।

उक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा हेतु ऑनलाईन (online) माध्यम से दिनांक 25.01.2023 से 08.02.2023 तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किया जाता है। प्रवेश परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों के नामांकन हेतु मेघा सूची एवं संस्थानों की प्राथमिकता (Merit-Cum-Choice) के आधार पर संस्थान आवंटित होगा, जिसके लिये समिति द्वारा अलग से विज्ञप्ति प्रकाशित की जाएगी।

परीक्षा शुल्क (Examination Fee)

  • सामान्य वर्ग (General) / सामान्य रूप से कमजोर सामान्य वर्ग (EWS) / पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) / अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) : Rs. 960/-
  • अनुसुचित जाति (SC) / अनुसुचित जनजाति (ST) / दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थि के लिएः Rs. 760/-

भुगतान की विधिः परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking के माध्यम से भुगतान करने की अनुमति होगी। इसके अलावा अन्य कोई माध्यम से परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगाँ।





उम्र सीमा (Age Limit) 01 जनवरी 2023 के अनुसार

  • न्युनतम उम्रः 17 वर्ष
  • अधिकतम उम्रः N/A

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Education Qualification)

  1. ) उच्च माध्यमिक (10+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक से उतीर्ण हों। (Inter Passed)
  2. ) डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में भाग लेने वाले परीक्षार्थी भी सम्मिलित हो सकेंगे, लेकिन नामांकन हेतु चयन इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा में 50 प्रतिशत (आरक्षित श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को 05 प्रतिशत की छूट) अंक पाकर उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही होगा।
  3. ) अनुसुचित जाति, अनुसुचित जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग कोटि के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्युनतम निर्धारित अंकों में 05 % की छूट मिलेगी।






डी.एल.एड संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, प्रश्नो की संख्या एवं निर्धारित अंक

  • प्रवेश परीक्षा आनलाईन माध्यम (Computer Based Test) से आयोजित होगी। इस परीक्षा में कुल 120 प्रश्न होंगे जो वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगेः-

How to Apply Deled 2023 Form (कैसे आवेदन करें)

  • सबसे पहले आपको अधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://secondary.biharboardonline.com गुगल में खोलने हैं। Bihar Deled 2023 Notification Out
  • वेबसाइट पर आवेदन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में पूर्ण होगी- (i) पंजीकरण, (ii) फार्म भरना
  • सबसे पहले आपको पंजीकरण करना होगा।
  • वेबसाइट पर आप Registration (New Candidate) पर क्लिक करें।
  • तत्पश्चात Initial Registration का पेज खुलेगा।
  • उस पेज पर Subject Applied for (i) Arts/Commerce (ii) Science चुनेंगे।
  • इसके बाद जिला, योग्यता, कोटि, लिंग, दिव्यांगता, अभ्यर्थी का नाम, जन्म तिथि, ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नम्बर अंकित कर Submit and Continue बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।
  • आवेदक को “Submit and Continue” बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले सावधानीपूर्वक भरे गये विवरणों की जांच करनी होगी।
  • पंजीकरण के बाद परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएंगी।
  • Submit करने के बाद ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नंबर पर आवेदन संख्या (यूजर आई.डी.) एवं पासवर्ड भेजा जाएगा।
  • इस यूजर आई.डी. से आनलाईन फार्म को अंतिक तक भरने हैं।
  • शुल्क जमा करने के बाद फार्म को फाइनल भेज देने हैं।
  • अंत में फार्म का प्रिंट निकाल लेने हैं।

बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा आयोजित डी०एल०एड० ऑनलाईन संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक के आधार पर तैयार मेधा सूची (Merit List) के अनुसार बिहार के सभी सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी संबंद्धता प्राप्त अध्यापक शिक्षा संस्थानों में ‘प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में डिप्लोमा (डी०एल०एड०) कोर्स में नामांकन हेतु बिहार सरकार के आरक्षण नियमों के अनुसार तथा सरकार द्वारा उर्दू तथा कला / वाणिज्य एवं विज्ञान विषयों के लिए निर्धारित स्थान एवं अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा महाविद्यालय के लिये दी गई प्राथमिकता (Institution Choice) को दृष्टिपथ में रखते हुए Online कम्पयूटरीकृत रूप से अभ्यर्थियों को महाविद्यालय आवंटित किया जाएगा।
