Important Instructions

NEET UG Exam City Intimation is live 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Applications for NEET (UG) – 2024 for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India.

As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also apply for admission to the BHMS course as per the National Commission for Homeopathy Act, 2020.

Mode of Examination

NEET (UG) – 2024 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen is provided at the Centre. Moreover tampering with the OMR at any stage will lead to debarring of the candidature for 03 years.

Duration of Test

The duration of the test would be three (03) hours and 20 minutes. Compensatory time of one hour five minutes for examination of three hours twenty minutes (03:20 hrs) duration for PwBD Candidate [having a physical limitation to write] will be given, whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.

Medium of the Question Papers

Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the NEET (UG) -2024 is being conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

  • Candidates can opt for a Question Paper in any one of the following 13 languages:

Bihar Board ITI Language Exam Admit Card 2024: एतद् द्वारा औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण उच्च माध्यमिक स्तरीय भाषा परीक्षा, 2024 में विषय हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी एवं उर्दू में से किन्हीं दो विषयों में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परीक्षा आवेदन एवं शुल्क जमा कर चुके सभी अभ्यर्थी, उनके अभिभावक एवं सभी संबंधित औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्राचार्य को सूचित किया जाता है कि औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण उच्च माध्यमिक स्तरीय भाषा परीक्षा, 2024 की परीक्षा दिनांक 02.05.2024 को दो पाली में एवं दिनांक 03.05.2024 को एक पाली में बिहार राज्य के प्रमण्डलीय जिला मुख्यालयों में निर्धारित परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर आयोजित होगी।

उक्त परीक्षा का मूल प्रवेश-पत्र समिति की वेबसाईट http://secondary.biharboardonline.com पर दिनांक 20.04.2024 से उपलब्ध रहेगा। संबंधित औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अपने यूजर आई.डी. एवं पासवर्ड का उपयोग कर दिनांक 20.04.2024 से सभी परीक्षार्थियों का मूल प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर संबंधित परीक्षार्थियों को उपलब्ध क्राना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

ऑनलाईन माध्यम से आवेदन पत्र भरने के क्रम में कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क जमा नहीं किया गया है, वैसे अभ्यर्थियों एवं संस्थानों की सूची समिति की वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध है। संबंधित औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्राचार्य को निदेश दिया जाता है कि वैसे अभ्यर्थियों का परीक्षा शुल्क दिनांक 20.04.2024 से 30.04.2024 तक Online माध्यम से निश्चित रूप से जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। जिन अभ्यर्थियों का निर्धारित अवधि में परीक्षा शुल्क ऑनलाईन जमा नहीं होगा, उनका परीक्षाफल स्थगित कर दिया जाएगा तथा इसकी सारी जवाबदेही सम्बन्धित औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान की होगी।

  • अभ्यर्थीयों द्वारा भरें गये परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र को प्राप्त कर अभ्यर्थीयो द्वारा अंकित की गयी विवरणी को संस्थान को अभिलेख से जांच करने के पश्चात संबंधित संस्थान के प्राचार्य/प्रभारी प्राचार्य समिति की वेबसाईट http://secondary.biharboardonline.com पर समिति द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड के माध्यम से Login  कर दिनांक 05 जनवरी 2023 से 25 जनवरी 2024 तक शुद्ध-शुद्ध परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र भरना एवं परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
  • आनलाईन आवेदन पत्र में अभ्यर्थी को फोटो (4.5cm X 3.5cm) एवं हस्ताक्षर स्कैन कर औधोगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के प्राचार्य/प्रभारी प्राचार्य द्वारा समिति के पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जाएगा।

उक्त परीक्षा दो विषय (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) को होगी तथा दो पाली में आयोजित की जायेगी। प्रथम पाली में हिन्दी विषय (100 अंक) एवं द्वितीय पाली में अंग्रेजी विषय (100 अंक) की परीक्षा होगी। दोनों विषयों (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) में 50 अंक के वस्तुनिष्ठप्रश्न एवं 50 अंक के विषयनिष्ठ प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) प्रश्न ओ०एम०आर० उत्तर पत्रक एवं विषयनिष्ठ (Subjective) प्रश्न उत्तरपुस्तिका पर ली जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को उत्तीर्णता हेतु दोनों विषयों में अलग-अलग 30-30 अंक प्राप्त किया जाना आवश्यक है।

उक्त परीक्षा में इन्टरमिडिएट स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम पर आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाऐंगे।

Application Fee

अनारक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को 1,150 रुपये का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क देना होगा। जबकि इडब्ल्यूएस (EWS) और ओबीसी-एनसीएल (OBC-NCL) के उम्मीदवारों को 600 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। एससी (SC), एसटी (ST) के छात्रों को 600 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। पीडब्ल्यूडी (PwD) श्रेणी के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क 325 रुपये जमा करना होगा।

UGC NET June 2024 Eligiblity Criteria

अनारक्षित श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारों को यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या विश्वविद्यालय से मास्टर डिग्री या समकक्ष परीक्षा में 55 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त होने चाहिए। एससी, एसटी, पीडब्ल्यूडी और ओबीसी-एनसीएल श्रेणियों से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों के पास 50% अंकों के साथ मास्टर डिग्री होनी चाहिए।

Age limit as on 01 June 2024

  • JRF: Not more than 30 years as on the 01st day of the month in which the examination is concluded i.e. 01.06.2024.
  • Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Assistant Professor.
  • Admission to PhD: There is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Admission to PhD.
How to Apply Online

Pattern of Examination

The Test will consist of two papers. Both papers will consist of objective-type, multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between papers.

I 100 50 The questions in Paper I intend toassess the teaching/ research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, reading comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness of the Candidate. 03 hours (180 minutes) without any break. All the questions are compulsory.
II 200 100 This is based on the subject selected by the candidate and will assess domain knowledge.
Medium of Question Paper
  1. The medium of the Question Paper shall be in English & Hindi only, except for language papers.
  2. Option for the medium of Question Paper should be carefully chosen by the Candidate while filling out the Application
    Form online. The option once exercised cannot be changed.
  3. Candidates are required to answer in the medium as per the option exercised in the Application Form.
  4. In case of any ambiguity in translation/construction of a question in the exam, its English version shall be treated
    as final and the decision of NTA shall be final in this regard.
Marking Scheme
  • Each question carries 02 (two) marks.
  • For each correct response, the candidate will get 02 (two) marks.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect responses.
  • No marks will be given for questions un-answered/un-attempted/marked for Review.
  • To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as the correct option.
  • If a question is found to be incorrect/ambiguous or has multiple correct answers, only those candidates who have attempted the question and chosen one of the correct answers would be given the credit.
  • If a question is found to be incorrect and the Question is dropped, then two marks (+2) will be awarded only to those candidates who have attempted the question. The reason could be due to human error or technical error. Since there is no negative marking, the candidate needs to choose the most appropriate option as the correct answer.

Instructions
  1. The eligibility in NET will depend on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of UGC-NET in aggregate. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for ‘Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ or for ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ will not be considered for the award of JRF. Candidates appearing in UGC-NET should thoughtfully select the various options available in the Application Form. Candidates who qualify for the Test for eligibility for Assistant Professor will be governed by the rules and regulations for the recruitment of Assistant Professors of the concerned Universities / Colleges/ State governments, as the case may be.
  2. The candidates who qualify for the award of JRF are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject and are also eligible for Assistant Professor. The universities, institutions, IITs, and other national organizations may select the JRF awardees for full-time research work by the procedure prescribed by them.
  3. Junior Research Fellowship: Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF will be eligible to receive a fellowship of UGC under various schemes, subject to their finding placement in universities/IITs/Institutions. The validity period of the offer will be three years w.e.f. the date of issue of the JRF Award Letter. However, for those candidates who have already joined Ph.D., the date of commencement of Fellowship shall be from the date of declaration of NET result or the date of their joining, whichever is later.
  4. The National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students (NFSC) and National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes (NFOBC) shall be governed by the guidelines available on the official websites of the concerned Ministries.

  • This portal is currently open only for INTER(12th) pass out of BSEB 2024.
  • Students eligible as per the advertisement of INTER 2024 Scholarship of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar need to apply.
  • A student will get this scholarship only once.
  • The name in Aadhaar should be as per the student’s name (as per the applicant).
  • A unique mobile no. of a student or family member can be used for registration, making it active for further alert.
  • A unique Email ID of a student or family member can be used for registration, making it active for further alerts.
  • The Bank account should be in the name of the student. joint bank account or bank account in the name of any other person is not allowed.
  • Students can register to the portal by providing details such as Student Name, Father’s Name, Total Obtained Marks, Date of Birth as of 10th, Aadhaar Details, Bank Account Details, Mobile No. and Email etc.
  • After Registration Verification of the bank account will be done. After bank verification, user-id & password will be sent on mobile till the time wait and do not panic. If you don’t get the User ID and Password within 10 days then click on Get Userid & Password, Check your status or SMS (BRGOVT.).
  • Do not share the User ID and Password with any other person.
  • Ensure that application entry and finalization of the application is done in front of you. Any error or mischief committed by Cyber you will be solely responsible.
  • After completion of the form submit the application form on the portal and print a copy of the application form for future reference. No Change is permissible after the final submission of the form.

⇒ जिनका भी भुगतान नहीं हुआ है और जिनका भी आधार बैंक से सीड हो गया है कृपया इंतजार करें आपका एप्लीकेशन वेरिफिकेशन प्रॉसेस में है| जिस बैंक खाता में दिया हुआ आधार सीड होगा भुगतान उसी खाता में होगा | अगर आधार संख्या गलत पाया गया(स्टूडेंट का आधार संख्या नहीं होने पर ) वेरिफिकेशन के दौरान तो भुगतान रोक दिया जाएगा तथा साथ ही कानूनी कारवाई भी हो सकती है |

पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण के बाद कृपया विभागीय तथा बैंक से बैंक खाता के सत्यापन का इंतजार करें | सत्यापन के पश्चात सही पाए जाने पर आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड प्राप्त होगा | आपको इस आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन कर अपने आवेदन को अंतिम रूप देना है तथा समय समय पर पोर्टल पर जाकर अपनी आवेदन की स्थिति को देखना है तथा त्रुटि रहने पर ईमेल के माध्यम से सूचित करना है | अपने आवेदन को अंतिम रूप देने के दस दिन के अंदर अपने दिए गए बैंक खाता को पोर्टल पर जरूर जाँच कर लें | कृपया यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड, बैंक खाता, आधार , मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल किसी अन्य से शेयर ना करें |
