Bihar Matric Pass Protsahan Rashi Online Form 2023: बिहार बोर्ड से इस बार अर्थात् 2023 में जितने भी अभ्यर्थी मैट्रिक का परीक्षा उतीर्ण किए हैं, उन सभी विधार्थीयों के लिए खुसखबरी है, इन सभी विधार्थीयों का प्रोत्साहन राशि के लिए आनलाईन आवेदन शुरू कर दिया गया हैं। जो विधार्थी बिहार बोर्ड से 2023 में मैट्रिक का परीक्षा उतीर्ण किए हैं, वे सभी आज दिनांक अप्रैल 2023 से आनलाईन आवेदन कर सकते हैं, जो विधार्थी 1st Division से उतीर्ण किये हैं, उन्हे 10 हजार की राशि दिए जाएंगे एवं जो विधार्थी 2nd Division से उतीर्ण किये हैं, उनको 08 हजार की राशि दि जाएगी 08 हजार की राशि केवल अनुसुचित जाति (SC) एवं अनुसुचित जनजाति को दिए जाते हैं।

How to Apply (आवेदन कैसे करें)

  • 1: Matric 2023 स्कॉलरशिप पोर्टल केवल छात्राओं के लिए खुला है। वर्तमान जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए वेबसाइट पर जाएँ।
  • 2: यह पोर्टल वर्तमान में केवल BSEB 2023 से Matric (10वीं) पास के लिए खुला है।
  • 3: शिक्षा विभाग, सरकार की Matric 2023 छात्रवृत्ति के विज्ञापन के अनुसार पात्र छात्रा। बिहार के आवेदन करने की जरूरत है।
  • 4 : एक छात्रा को यह छात्रवृत्ति केवल एक बार मिलेगी।
  • 5: आधार में नाम छात्रा/छात्र के नाम (आवेदक के अनुसार) के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
  • 6 : एक विशिष्ट मोबाइल नं. पंजीकरण के लिए छात्रा या परिवार के सदस्य का उपयोग किया जा सकता है, इसे आगे की चेतावनी के लिए सक्रिय करें।
  • 7: पंजीकरण के लिए छात्रा/छात्र या परिवार के सदस्य की एक अद्वितीय ईमेल आईडी का उपयोग किया जा सकता है, इसे आगे की चेतावनी के लिए सक्रिय करें।
  • 8 : बैंक खाता विद्यार्थी के नाम से होना चाहिए। संयुक्त बैंक खाता या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के नाम पर बैंक खाते की अनुमति नहीं है।
  • 9: छात्रा/छात्र का नाम, पिता का नाम, कुल प्राप्त अंक, 10वीं के अनुसार जन्म तिथि, आधार विवरण, बैंक खाता विवरण, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आदि जैसे विवरण प्रदान करके पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।
  • 10 : रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद बैंक खाते का वेरिफिकेशन किया जाएगा। बैंक वेरिफिकेशन के बाद मोबाइल पर यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड भेजा जाएगा। तब तक प्रतीक्षा करें और घबराएं नहीं। यदि आपको 10 दिनों के भीतर यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड नहीं मिलता है तो गेट यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड पर क्लिक करके , अपनी स्थिति या एसएमएस की जांच करें (BRGOVT).
  • 11 : यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ साझा न करें।
  • 12 :सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके सामने आवेदन की प्रविष्टि और आवेदन को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। साइबर द्वारा की गई कोई भी त्रुटि या शरारत के लिए आप ही जिम्मेदार होंगे।
  • 13. फॉर्म को अंतिम रूप से पूरा करने के बाद आवेदन फॉर्म को पोर्टल पर जमा करें और भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म की एक प्रति प्रिंट करें। फॉर्म को अंतिम रूप से जमा करने के बाद किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं है।

इंटरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराए हुए विद्यार्थियों के रजिस्टर मोबाइल नंबर पर डमी रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड जारी करने एवं त्रुटि सुधार हेतु समिति द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को मैसेज भेजा जा रहा है इस प्रकार, विधार्थी स्वयं भी समिति के वेबसाइट पर डमी रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद खुले पेज पर +2 (इंटरमिडिएट) विद्यालय महाविद्यालय कोड, नाम, पिता का नाम एवं जन्म तिथि प्रविष्ट करते हुए अपने डमी रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

विद्यार्थी अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से स्वयं समिति की वेबसाइट से डमी रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड डाउनलोड कर उसमें अंकित विवरण के मिलन कर लेंगे यदि डमी रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड में अंकित किसी विवरण में त्रुटि है अर्थात गलती है तो दिनांक 23 जून 2023 30 जून 2023 तक की अवधि में इस गलती का ऑनलाइन सुधार अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से करा सकते हैं।

NEET UG Allotment of Centre City 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is uploaded the exam city information for the Online Applications for NEET (UG) – 2023 for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India.

As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to admission to the BHMS course as per National Commission for Homeopathy Act, 2020.

For Boards following the grading system, a minimum of a ‘D’ Grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or the equivalent of grades which contain 33% and an overall aggregate in ‘C2’ grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.

Note:- Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licenses will be given preference for Driver requirements.

Agniveer Technical (All Arms)10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

OR

10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board to include NIOS and ITI course of minimum one year in the required field with NSQF level 4 or above.

Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper Technical (All Arms)10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% marks in each subject.

Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Bihar Board Inter Compartmental Exam Form 2023: राज्य के +2 स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्रधान, छात्र / छात्रा, उनके अभिभावक, जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (मा०शि०) तथा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को सूचित किया जाता है कि बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा छात्रहित में इन्टरमीडिएट कम्पार्टमेंटल – सह – विशेष परीक्षा, 2023 आयोजित की जाएगी। इस परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले इच्छुक वैसे परीक्षार्थी जिनका सूचीकरण संख्या तीन शैक्षणिक सत्र यथा – 2019-21, 2020-22 एवं 2021-23 के लिए मान्य है, वे अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से समिति की वेबसाईट seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com पर दिनांक 23.03.2023 से 27.03.2023 30 मार्च 2023 तक ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते हैं। परीक्षा आवेदन भरने वाले छात्र / छात्रा का निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क ऑनलाईन जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा।

नोटः 

  1. ) ऑनलाईन शुल्क (रु० 30/-) +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय के बैंक खाता में जमा होगा, जिसका उपयोग शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा विद्यार्थी के ऑनलाईन आवेदन भरने तथा उन्हें डमी / मूल प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त कराने के मद में किया जाएगा।
  2. ) इन्टरमीडिएट कला, विज्ञान, वाणिज्य एवं व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के केवल नियमित (Regular) श्रेणी के SC, ST तथा EBC कोटि के छात्र / छात्राओं के द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क रु० 260 /- (दो सौ साठ रुपये मात्र) नहीं दिया जाना है, चूँकि उन्हें इस शुल्क का भुगतान करने से छूट है।




ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आवेदन भरने हेतु लॉगिन करने के संबंध में (फार्म कोलेजों के द्वारा भरे जाऐंगे)

ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आवेदन एवं शुल्क जमा करने के लिए महाविद्यालय / +2 विद्यालय के प्रधान को समिति द्वारा यूजर आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से पूर्व में ही उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है। यूजर आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड का प्रयोग करते हुए शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान समिति की वेबसाइट seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com पर लॉगिन करेंगे।



लॉगिन के उपरान्त महाविद्यालय / +2 विद्यालय के यूजर पोर्टल में Intermediate Compartmental-cum-Special Examination, 2023 में सम्मिलित होने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं का डाटा विवरणी उपलब्ध रहेगा, जिसे क्लिक करने पर छात्र / छात्राओं के उपलब्ध विवरणी की जाँच कर परीक्षा आवेदन भरने की कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

Reasons for Rejection of Applications on the Portal?

    • Not Resident of Bihar
    • Not belonging to BC, EBC, SC and ST Category as approved by Govt. of Bihar
    • If not the bonafide student of the applied institution.
    • Not registered Institution and not studying in Government Competent Body approved institution as per norms of department.
    • Incorrect Caste Certificate , Income Certificate and income not under specified limit of scheme
    • Non Upload of caste, Income certificate
    • Incorrect course and year of study.
    • If Student not uploaded all documents like Student Photo,BonafideCertificate,CasteCertificate,ResidenceCertificate,Income Certificate,
    • Student Previous Degree, Previous Exam Marks Sheet
    • Invalid Bank Account details or not in the name of student.

Kindly read all below Instructions for Post Matric Scholarships for BC, EBC, SS & ST students of Bihar and also have all the necessary documents for applying

Fresh/New?

First Step – Institutions have to go with the option Institution registration, on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the portal then click on save button. After successful Institution registration, Institution will receive SMS/email for their login details. Upon Institution Registration – For Signing In the Portal will instruct the person to login with Institution Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Institution is required to fill the Registration form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website. The Institution then need to add details of courses approved from competent authorities where post matric scholarship students of BC, EBC, SC and ST students pertaining to Bihar are studying.

Second Step – Student have to go with the option Student registration, on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration, student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration – For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login and submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website.

Third Step – Student should upload the requisite documents, finalize the application and take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button for future reference.

Fourth Step – Mere applying the portal does not make the student eligible for the Scholarship payment rather a well-defined procedure as laid down by Education Department, Govt. of Bihar will be followed before releasing Post Matric scholarship to the BC, EBC, SC and ST students.




How can I apply online for scholarship?

The Post Matric Scholarship Schemes of Govt. of Bihar for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 (Within the State/Outside the State) are applied only through online portal. In order to apply online, please visit the website through URL: http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/ and Mobile App Post matric Bihar

What Documents to be uploaded on the Website?

Only Scanned copies for all the Original Documents as required in the online application form valid for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 should be uploaded. The List of Documents Includes

  • Student Aadhaar Card
  • Student Photograph
  • Bonafide Certificate from institution
  • Fee Receipt from institution
  • Income Certificate valid for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22
  • Residence Certificate
  • Caste Certificate
  • Previous Degree Passing Certificate
  • Previous Year Mark Sheet

No Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents which are not legitimate should not be uploaded. If Any False/unauthorized documents are uploaded then the application will be rejected.

(Please ensure that you upload the document properly with the size limit of 150KB on the website. You will not be considered for scholarship if all the Documents are not uploaded properly. It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to submit/upload correct copies on the website.)

What is the last date for submitting applications online?

For Post Matric Scholarship : In case of fresh and Renewal scholarships for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 students can apply online as per Education Department Advertisement.


Till what Time Can I Upload the Documents on the website?

All Students must Upload all the Documents and finalize the application before the last date as specified in advertisement of Post matric Scholarship 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar.

Where can colleges (Within State) get their Login Details?

All the Institutions/colleges(Within State) can also get their Login Details –Username/Password from their respective -District Education Officers (DEO).

Is there any Application ID?

Yes. An Application ID will be provided to the candidate once his/her application is completed along with all the scanned documents uploaded successfully. It will be conveyed to candidates through SMS and e-mail. Student can also print copy of finalized application. Students should keep their Application details as it will be required while applying for renewal.

When Can Students apply for Renewals?

The website is open for the Fresh & Renewal Scholarship applicants for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 any technical queries, E-mail: postmatricbiharhelp@gmail.com and contact Helpdesk on the Website.

Can I edit the information already saved and up to what time?

You can edit information filled by you until you finalize and submit the online application.

Do I need to get my Aadhaar Card to apply for Scholarship?

Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory for the Students in order to fill up the application form online.

Is PANCARD mandatory for applying for the scholarship?

No, PAN Card is not mandatory.

What should I do, if I do not find my institute name in the drop-down menu?

If name of institution is not in the registered list of institutions of our portal then request your institution to register on our portal along with requisite documents. The institutions are provisionally allowed registration to enable students of the institution to apply for the scholarship. However only after proper physical verification of institution records and student records at institution by duly constituted committee of Govt. of Bihar the payment to the student will be released through DBT (PFMS).




How to check the status of my application?

Student can check the status of Online Application by logging with his/her login details.

Can I take print-out of my application at any stage?

You can take the print out of your application number of times once you submit and upload, finalize the application.

Is Bank Account is mandatory for applying for the scholarship?

Yes, Bank Account in name of Student is mandatory. The bank account should be active to enable the payment through DBT.In case of Joint Bank Account holder then the Name of Student should be first beneficiary of Bank Account.

How many times an institution can register on the Portal?

An institution can register only once on the portal. However institution can upload any number of courses as applicable to the students.

How many times a student can register on the Portal?

A student can register only once on the portal for an academic year. The student can further renew without entering more details for next academic year onwards.

What happens if illegal practices are followed by institution or Student?

In case institution or student is found providing illegal or misleading information or Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents then the application form will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against concerned persons/parties as per law.
