Patna High Court Translator Admit Card 2022: Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to 39 (thirty-nine) vacant posts of Translator (Group-B Post) in Level 7 (44900/- to 142400/-) of pay matrix of 7th PRC plus usual allowances as admissible under the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and Other Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time in the Establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Patna (hereinafter referred to as High Court) initially on probation for a period of one year under the terms and conditions.   • Concession of the fee shall be provided to the SC/ST/OH candidates of Bihar only.
  • Any kind of service, processing, transaction charges, or any other amount charged by the bank for online transactions will be borne by the candidates.

A candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Translator must not be below 18 years of age as of the 1st January 2022 i.e. a candidate must not be born later than 01.01.2004.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification (Education) as on 01 August 2022

  • Graduation with English as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
  • Diploma/ Certificate of at least six month’s course in Computer Application from a recognized Institution.
  • Preference will be given to Post-graduate candidates in English/ Hindi.
  • Preference will also be given to the candidates having knowledge of Urdu/ Bangla/ Kaithi.

Preferential Qualification

  • who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
  • who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of the National Cadet Corps shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment to the establishment at the time of interview?

Public Notice

The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test – Online) mode between December 2022 to January 2023 The exact date of examination will be mentioned on the admit cards of the candidates. The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of the examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities, and important dates will be available on CTET’s official website https://ctet.nic.in soon and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above-mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying.


Aspiring candidates have to apply online only through the CTET website i.e. https://ctet.nic.in. The online application process will start from 31-10-2022 (Monday) onwards and the last date for submitting an online application is 24- 11-2022 (Thursday) up to 23:59 hrs. The fee can be paid up to 25-11-2022 (Friday) before 15:30 hrs.

Age Limit

Education Qualification

Only those candidates who have passed the class 12th/equivalent examination in 2021, 2022 & 2023: Or appearing in the class 12th/equivalent examination in 2023, are eligible for JEE main 2023 (Session January 2023).

Mode of Examination

JEE (Main) – 2023 will be conducted in the following modes:

  1. Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.
  2. Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” the mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on drawing sheet of A4 size
  3. Paper 2B (B. Planning): Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only.

Application Fee

  • General/EWS/OBC Candidates: Rs. 100/-
  • SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 100/-
  • Payment Mode: Pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and Wallet fee mode only.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years
  • Age Relaxation: As per rules (Read Official Notification)




NOTE

  • The age of candidates will be determined on the basis of their Date of Birth as recorded in their matriculation certificates.
  • The crucial date for determination of the age limit for the post of ASI(Steno) & HC(Min) shall be 06th September 2022.
  • The prescribed format of the certificate for reserved categories is attached as Annexure – ‘B ’ for SC/ST, Annexure – ‘C’ for EWS, and Annexure – ‘D’ for the OBC category

Education Qualification

01 Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.




Skill

01. For ASI (Stenographer) Shorthand @ 80 words per minute in English OR in Hindi in 10 minutes. Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes OR in Hindi in 65 minutes, on a computer.
02. For HC(Min) (Typing Test) 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on the computer. (35 w.p.m in English and 30 w.p.m in Hindi correspond to 10500 KDPH in English and 9000 KDPH in Hindi respectively with an average of 5 key depressions for each word on the computer).

Time Allowed: 10 minutes.

Physical Standards for the Post of ASI (STENO) and HC (MIN)

i) Height

Pay Scale & Selection Mode 

Pay Scale: 

  1. ASI(Steno) Level – 5 (Rs. 29,200 – 92,300) in the pay matrix
  2. Head Constable (Min) Level – 4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100) in the pay matrix

Selection Mode:

The selection shall be held in two phases:- 

a) First Phase

(i) Written Examination.

(b) Second Phase

(i) Physical Measurement.
(ii) Shorthand Test for ASI(Steno).
(iii) Typing Speed Test for HC(Min).
(iv) Documentation (Checking of Documents)
(v) Medical Examination.
