Bihar Deled Dummy Admit Card 2025 with Correction Till 17 February 2025: विज्ञप्ति संख्या पी०आर० 08/2025, पी0आर0 20/2025 एवं पी०आर० 29/2025 के क्रम में प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा में डिप्लोमा (डी०एल०एड०) पाठ्यक्रम के सत्र 2025-27 में नामांकन हेतु डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2025 हेतु आवेदन व परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनका डमी प्रवेश पत्र समिति के पोर्टल https://www.deledbihar.com पर दिनांक 11.02.2025 से 17.02.2025 तक अपलोड रहेगा।

जिसे अभ्यर्थी अपना यूजर आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड अंकित कर अवलोकित एवं डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थियों को परामर्श दिया जाता है कि डमी प्रवेश पत्र में मुद्रित एक-एक विवरण को सावधानी से जाँच कर लें। इस क्रम में यदि कोई त्रुटि परिलक्षित होती है तो वे उक्त अवधि में पोर्टल पर ही त्रुटि सुधार अवश्य कर लें।

Bihar Deled Dummy Admit Card 2025 with Correction Till 17 February 2025

डमी प्रवेश पत्र में मुद्रित विवरण में सुधार के क्रम में जिन अभ्यर्थियों के आरक्षण कोटि में परिवर्तन होता है, उन्हें परिवर्तित कोटि के लिए निर्धारित शुल्क की शेष राशि का भुगतान करना होगा, अर्थात् एस०सी०/एस०टी०/दिव्यांग कोटि के अभ्यर्थी कोटि सुधारोपरांत यदि अन्य कोटि में चले जाते हैं तो उन्हें उस कोटि के लिये निर्धारित शुल्क की अन्तर राशि रु0 200/-ऑनलाईन विधि से दिनांक 17.02.2025 तक जमा करना होगा, अन्यथा उनका मूल प्रवेश पत्र निर्गत नहीं होगा।

आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee)

  • सामान्य वर्ग (General) / सामान्य रूप से कमजोर सामान्य वर्ग (EWS) / पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) / अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) : Rs. 960/-
  • अनुसुचित जाति (SC) / अनुसुचित जनजाति (ST) / दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थि के लिएः Rs. 760/-

भुगतान की विधिः परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking के माध्यम से भुगतान करने की अनुमति होगी। इसके अलावा अन्य कोई माध्यम से परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगाँ।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Education Qualification)

  1. ) उच्च माध्यमिक (10+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक से उतीर्ण हों। (Inter Passed)
  2. ) डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2025 में इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2025 में भाग लेने वाले परीक्षार्थी भी सम्मिलित हो सकेंगे, लेकिन नामांकन हेतु चयन इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा में 50 प्रतिशत (आरक्षित श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को 05 प्रतिशत की छूट) अंक पाकर उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही होगा।
  3. ) अनुसुचित जाति, अनुसुचित जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग कोटि के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्युनतम निर्धारित अंकों में 05 % की छूट मिलेगी।

डी.एल.एड संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, प्रश्नो की संख्या एवं निर्धारित अंक (Exam Pattern)

  • प्रवेश परीक्षा आनलाईन माध्यम (Computer Based Test) से आयोजित होगी। इस परीक्षा में कुल 120 प्रश्न होंगे जो वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगेः-

How to Step-by-Step Apply for Bihar Deled Admission Form 2025-2027 Online

  • सबसे पहले आपको अधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://deledbihar.com गुगल में खोलने हैं। Bihar Deled Admission Online Form 2025-2027
  • वेबसाइट पर आवेदन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में पूर्ण होगी- (i) पंजीकरण, (ii) फार्म भरना
  • सबसे पहले आपको पंजीकरण करना होगा।
  • वेबसाइट पर आप Registration (New Candidate) पर क्लिक करें।
  • तत्पश्चात Initial Registration का पेज खुलेगा।
  • उस पेज पर Subject Applied for (i) Arts/Commerce (ii) Science चुनेंगे।
  • इसके बाद जिला, योग्यता, कोटि, लिंग, दिव्यांगता, अभ्यर्थी का नाम, जन्म तिथि, ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नम्बर अंकित कर Submit and Continue बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।
  • आवेदक को “Submit and Continue” बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले सावधानीपूर्वक भरे गये विवरणों की जांच करनी होगी।
  • पंजीकरण के बाद परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएंगी।

पात्रता की जांच (Skill Test)

लिखित परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों के श्रुतिलेखन, हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी के टंकण की जानकारी होना आवश्यक है। इसके लिए निम्न परीक्षा ली जायेगी।

हिन्दी श्रुतिलेखन- हिन्दी श्रुतिलेखन की जाँच 80 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से 5 मिनट तक लेखापन द्वारा की जायेगी। उसे टंकित करने हेतु 20 मिनट का और समय दिया जायेगा। अभ्यर्थियों को टंकण आरम्भ करने के पूर्व 2 मिनट का अतिरिक्त समय शुद्धि हेतु दिया जायेगा। श्रुतिलेख के टंकण की शुद्धि निर्धारित समय के अंतर्गत करनी होगी। श्रुतिलेख के टंकण में उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए 10 प्रतिशत से अधिक गलतियाँ नहीं होनी चाहिए अन्यथा उन्हें अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जायेगा।

टंकण की जाँच- अभ्यर्थियों को हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी में न्यूनतम 30 (तीस) शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से 300 शब्दों को 10-10 मिनट में कम्प्यूटर पर टंकित करना होगा। इसमें उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए हिन्दी टंकण में पाँच प्रतिशत से अधिक और अंग्रेजी टंकण में दस प्रतिशत से अधिक गलतियाँ नहीं होनी चाहिये अन्यथा उन्हें अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया। जायेगा। निर्धारित 10 मिनट के समय में न्यूनतम 300 शब्दों से कम टंकित करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जायेगा।

कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान की जाँच- अभ्यर्थियों के MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) तथा Internet के व्यवहारिक ज्ञान की जाँच की जायेगी। इस जाँच में असफल अभ्यर्थियों को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जायेगा।

      NEET UG Admission Online Form 2025: As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. The NEET (UG)-2025 scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AH courses as followed in the past by the rules governed by respective regulatory bodies.

      Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also apply for admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

      चयन की प्रक्रिया

      1. कीट संग्रहकर्ता के पदों पर नियुक्ति इन्टरमीडिएट (विज्ञान) स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के आधार पर होगी।

      परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम

      • बिहार विधालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा निर्धारित इन्टरमीडिएट (विज्ञान) स्तरीय पाठ्यक्रम के आधार पर प्रश्न पूछे जायेगें।
      • प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल 100 प्रश्न होंगे, सभी प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकृति के होंगे।
      • परीक्षा की अवधि दो घंटे की होगी और कुल अंक 100 होंगे।
      • परीक्षा में इन्टरमीडिएट (विज्ञान) स्तर तक के प्रश्न होंगे, जिसमें 50 प्रश्न जीव विज्ञान से संबंधित होंगे। प्रश्न-पत्र हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषा में होंगे।
      • उक्त परीक्षा एक से अधिक पालियों में Computer Based Test के माध्यम से आयोजित किया जाएगा एवं एक से अधिक पालियों में परीक्षा आयोजित किए जाने के कारण परीक्षा परिणाम समानीकरण (Normalization) की प्रक्रिया अपनाते हुए तैयार किया जाएगा
      • परीक्षा में गलत उत्तर के लिए नकारात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) लागू किया जायेगा। प्रत्येक सही उत्तर हेतु 01 अंक देय होगा एवं प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर हेतु (0.25) काटा जाएगा।
      • उक्त परीक्षा के आधार पर सभी अभ्यर्थियों की समानीकरण (Normalization) की प्रक्रिया अपनाते हुए परीक्षा-फल घोषित किया जाएगा।

      • उपर्युक्त तालिका के स्तंभ-2 में वर्णित विद्यालय कोड के छात्र अथवा छात्रा, जिनका विवरण स्तंभ-3 में स्पष्ट रूप से अंकित है, स्तंभ-8 में पुनर्निर्धारित परीक्षा केन्द्र पर उपस्थित होकर निर्धारित परीक्षा कार्यक्रमानुसार परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे अर्थात् निर्दिष्ट विद्यालयों के छात्र/छात्राओं का संशोधनोपरांत स्तंभ-8 में अंकित परीक्षा केन्द्र है। इसके अनुसार उनका संशोधित मूल प्रवेश पत्र समिति की वेबसाईट http://secondary.biharboardonline.com पर पुनः अपलोड किया जा चुका है।
      • ऐसे विद्यालय के सभी छात्र/छात्रा तथा उनके अभिभावक को निदेशित किया जाता है कि उपर्युक्त संशोधित व्यवस्था के आलोक में निर्गत संशोधित मूल प्रवेश पत्र अपने विद्यालय प्रधान से संपर्क कर उनके हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर के साथ प्राप्त कर लेंगे तथा प्रवेश पत्र में अंकित परीक्षा केन्द्र पर परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे।
      • इसके साथ-साथ तालिका के स्तंभ-3 में अंकित विद्यालय कोड से संबंधित सभी विद्यालयों के प्रधान / प्राचार्य जिनके छात्रों का परीक्षा केन्द्र परिवर्तित हुआ है, वे अपने विद्यालय के छात्र/छात्राओं का समिति की वेबसाईट पर अपलोड संशोधित मूल प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर अपने हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर के साथ छात्र/छात्राओं को हस्तगत् कराते हुए संशोधित प्रवेश पत्र में अंकित परीक्षा केन्द्र पर परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से निदेशित करेंगे। इस पर उनका विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना आवश्यक होगा, ताकि संशोधित परीक्षा केन्द्रों की जानकारी संबंधित छात्र/छात्राओं को ससमय हो जाय।

      उल्लेखनीय है कि समिति कार्यालय द्वारा विभिन्न पत्रों के माध्यम से इस संबंध में पूरी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराते हुए संबंधित जिला पदाधिकारी/जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, संबद्ध सभी विद्यालयों के प्रधान, परीक्षा केन्द्रों के संशोधन से आच्छादित सभी परीक्षा केन्द्रों के केन्द्राधीक्षक आदि को तद्‌नुरूप आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु अनुरोध किया जा चुका है। इस परिदृश्य में सभी प्रकार की आवश्यक व्यवस्थामूलक कार्रवाई सभी संबंधितों के द्वारा विशेष ध्यान देकर ससमय किया जाना अपेक्षित है।

      परीक्षा केन्द्रों में परिवर्तन/संशोधन संबंधित जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव के आलोक में किया गया है, इसलिए उनका यह दायित्व होगा कि वे अपने जिले के परिवर्तित एवं संशोधित परीक्षा केन्द्र से संबद्ध विद्यालयों के संबंधित सभी परीक्षार्थियों को इससे अवगत कराते हुए उनका संशोधित प्रवेश पत्र उन्हें ससमय प्राप्त कराये जाने के निमित्त कार्रवाई का अनुश्रवण अपने स्तर से करेंगे। इसमें उनका निजी ध्यान एवं सजग निगरानी अपेक्षित है।

      इसी तरह संशोधित परीक्षा केन्द्रों से संबद्ध सभी विद्यालयों के प्रधान/प्राचार्य का यह दायित्व होगा कि वे परीक्षा केन्द्र में परिवर्तन के अनुसार संशोधित परीक्षा केन्द्र के लिए संशोधित मूल प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर अपने हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर के साथ अपने विद्यालय के परीक्षार्थियों को अविलंब हस्तगत कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

      Constable/Driver & Constables/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator

      • The candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
      • The candidate should have a valid driving License in the following types of vehicles:-
      1. Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle;
      2. Light Motor Vehicle;
      3. Motorcycle with gear;

      Experience
      03 years experience driving Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle or Light Motor Vehicles and Motor Cycle with gear.

      Selection Process

      The Written Examination will consist of one objective-type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:-

      Physical Standards Test (PST)

      Candidates who qualify for the Height Bar Test (HBT) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be put through the following Physical Efficiency Test (PET) which will be qualifying in nature:-

      Long Jump 11 feet (03 chances)
      High Jump 3 feet 6 inches (03 chances)
