Bihar Deled 1st Merit List 2023 with Cut-off List: दिनांक 05.06.2023 से 15.06.2023 तक की अवधि में आयोजित डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा में उतीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षाफल (Score Card) के आधार पर राज्य अन्तर्गत डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित ERC NCTE से मान्यता प्राप्त एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति से सम्बद्धता प्रदत्त सरकारी एवं निजी प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय में प्रशिक्षण सत्र 2023-25 में ऑनलाइन प्रणाली से नामांकन किये जाने की कारवाई की जा रही है। नामांकन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन एवं शुल्क तथा महाविद्यालय का विकल्प प्राथमिकता के आधार पर भरने हेतु दिनांक 30.10.2023 से 05.11.2023 तक की तिथि निर्धारित की गई है।




अतः उक्त कोटि के प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक एवं डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में सम्मिलित होकर उतीर्ण विद्यार्थी दिनांक 30.10.2023 से 05.11.2023 तक की अवधि में ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आवेदन करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। आवेदक द्वारा Common Application form (CAF) भरकर आवेदन पूर्ण किया जाएगा। निबंधित मोबाईल संख्या पर OTP डालने पर आवेदन स्वीकार होगा। आवेदक का आई.डी. उनका रौल नं. एवं पासवर्ड जन्म तिथि आधारित होगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन हेतु समिति का पोर्टल https://deledbihar.com उक्त अवधि में खुला रहेंगा।

आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee)

  • सामान्य वर्ग (General) / सामान्य रूप से कमजोर सामान्य वर्ग (EWS) / पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) / अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) : Rs. 500/-
  • अनुसुचित जाति (SC) / अनुसुचित जनजाति (ST) / दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थि के लिएः Rs. 350/-

भुगतान की विधिः परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking के माध्यम से भुगतान करने की अनुमति होगी। इसके अलावा अन्य कोई माध्यम से परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगाँ।




उम्र सीमा (Age Limit) 01 जनवरी 2023 के अनुसार

  • न्युनतम उम्रः 17 वर्ष
  • अधिकतम उम्रः N/A

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Education Qualification)

  1. ) उच्च माध्यमिक (10+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक से उतीर्ण हों। (Inter Passed)
  2. ) डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में भाग लेने वाले परीक्षार्थी भी सम्मिलित हो सकेंगे, लेकिन नामांकन हेतु चयन इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा में 50 प्रतिशत (आरक्षित श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को 05 प्रतिशत की छूट) अंक पाकर उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही होगा।
  3. ) अनुसुचित जाति, अनुसुचित जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग कोटि के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्युनतम निर्धारित अंकों में 05 % की छूट मिलेगी।




डी.एल.एड संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, प्रश्नो की संख्या एवं निर्धारित अंक

  • प्रवेश परीक्षा आनलाईन माध्यम (Computer Based Test) से आयोजित होगी। इस परीक्षा में कुल 120 प्रश्न होंगे जो वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगेः-

  • सबसे पहले आपको अधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://secondary.biharboardonline.com गुगल में खोलने हैं। Bihar Deled 2023 Notification Out
  • वेबसाइट पर आवेदन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में पूर्ण होगी- (i) पंजीकरण, (ii) फार्म भरना
  • सबसे पहले आपको पंजीकरण करना होगा।
  • वेबसाइट पर आप Registration (New Candidate) पर क्लिक करें।
  • तत्पश्चात Initial Registration का पेज खुलेगा।
  • उस पेज पर Subject Applied for (i) Arts/Commerce (ii) Science चुनेंगे।
  • इसके बाद जिला, योग्यता, कोटि, लिंग, दिव्यांगता, अभ्यर्थी का नाम, जन्म तिथि, ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नम्बर अंकित कर Submit and Continue बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।
  • आवेदक को “Submit and Continue” बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले सावधानीपूर्वक भरे गये विवरणों की जांच करनी होगी।
  • पंजीकरण के बाद परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएंगी।
  • Submit करने के बाद ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नंबर पर आवेदन संख्या (यूजर आई.डी.) एवं पासवर्ड भेजा जाएगा।
  • इस यूजर आई.डी. से आनलाईन फार्म को अंतिक तक भरने हैं।
  • शुल्क जमा करने के बाद फार्म को फाइनल भेज देने हैं।
  • अंत में फार्म का प्रिंट निकाल लेने हैं।



राज्य के सरकारी एवं निजी डी.एल.एड. कोर्स संचालित संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु अभ्यर्थीयों का चयन निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं के आधार पर की जाएगीः-

  • General/Wards of Defence personnel and ex-servicemen/OBC(NCL): Rs. 650/-
  • Scheduled castes/Scheduled tribes: Rs 500/-
  • Payment Mode: Pay the fee using SBI/ICICI Bank Payment Gateway through a Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and keep proof of fee paid. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee, then the transaction is canceled and the amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account. However, the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.

  •  For Class VI: A candidate should be between 10 and 12 years old.
  • For Class IX: A candidate should be between 13 and 15 years old.

  • For Class VI: Candidates Passed Class 05th.
  • For Class IX: Candidates Passed Class 08th from a recognized school, at the time of admission.

Education Qualification

Science Subjects

Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from an Education Board listed as a COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

OR

Passed Two years of Vocational courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from State Education Boards / Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the vocational course).

Other than Science Subjects

Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed two years’ vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).




Mandatory Medical Standards

General Medical Standards for AGNIVEER VAYU are as follows:-

Height:

(i) For Male candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cm.
(ii) For Female candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm. For candidates belonging to North East or hilly regions of Uttarakhand, a lower minimum height of 147 cm will be accepted. In the case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cm.

Chest: For Male and Female candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cm.

Hearing: The candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.

Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Male: 1.6 Km run to be completed within Seven minutes.

Female: 1.6 Km run to be completed within Eight minutes.

संबंधित विषय / विषय समूह में कम-से-कम 50 प्रतिशत अंक सहित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक अथवा स्नातकोत्तर में (अथवा इसके समतुल्य) उत्तीर्ण एवं राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से शिक्षा में स्नातक (बी०एड०) होने चाहिए।

संरचनाः-

  1. पात्रता परीक्षा के प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय होंगे।
  2. प्रत्येक प्रश्न 01 अंक का होगा।
  3. निगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।

स्पष्टीकरण:-

शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण के किसी भी उपाधि की मान्यता के बिन्दु पर अथवा किसी उपाधि विशेष के समतुल्यता के बिन्दु पर किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद की स्थिति में राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (NCTE) के परामर्श से विभाग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

पाठ्यक्रमः-

पेपर-1 (माध्यमिक) के तहत आने वाले विषयों के लिए राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में लागू स्नातकस्तरीय पाठ्यक्रम तथा पेपर-I ( उच्च माध्यमिक) के तहत आने वाले विषयों के लिए राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में लागू स्नातक (प्रतिष्ठा) स्तरीय पाठ्यक्रम

प्रश्नपत्र पैटर्नः-

माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों में 100 अंक निर्दिष्ट विषय वस्तु से होंगे तथा 50 अंक शिक्षण कला, अन्य दक्षताओं पर आधारित होंगेः-

प्रवेश परीक्षा की अवधिः-

Computer Based Test (CBT) विधि से आयोजित माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (STET), 2023 की अवधि 150 मिनट (2ः30 घंटा) की होगी।

  1. मैट्रिक (10th) का प्रमाण पत्र एवं अंक पत्र (जन्म तिथि के लिए)
  2. इंटर (12th) का प्रमाण पत्र एवं अंक पत्र।
  3. स्नाकत का प्रमाण पत्र एवं अंक पत्र।
  4. स्नाकोत्तर का प्रमाण पत्र एवं अंक पत्र।
  5. बी. एड. का प्रमाण पत्र एवं अंक पत्र।
  6. अन्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता (यदि हो, तो)
  7. आवास प्रमाण पत्र

Bihar Board Matric (10th) Sent-up Exam 2024: निदेशानुसार उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा के अंतर्गत प्रायोगिक परीक्षा दिनांक 22.11.2023 को एवं सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा दिनांक 23.11.2023 से 27.11.2023 तक आयोजित होगी, जिसका कार्यक्रम कंडिका-5 में अंकित है। उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up)/ जाँच परीक्षा आयोजित करने हेतु सभी जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कार्यालय में प्रश्न पत्र भेजा जाएगा, जहाँ से विद्यालय के प्रधान दिनांक 10.11.2023 से 15.11.2023 तक की अवधि में स्वयं अथवा विधिवत् प्राधिकृत प्रतिनिधि के माध्यम से प्रश्न पत्र प्राप्त कर लेंगे।




विद्यालय स्तर पर आयोजित होने वाली उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में नियमित रूप से अध्ययनरत एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के छात्र / छात्राओं का शामिल होना अनिवार्य है। उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में वही छात्र / छात्रा सम्मिलित होंगे, जिनकी उपस्थिति उनके विद्यालय में न्यूनतम 75 प्रतिशत हो। उक्त परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण छात्र / छात्राओं को ही वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु ऑनलाईन प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया जायेगा।

यदि उक्त कोटि के परीक्षार्थी किसी विशय / विशयों की उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में सम्मिलित नहीं होते हैं अथवा अनुपस्थित रहते हैं अथवा परीक्षा में अनुत्तीर्ण (Fail) रहते हैं, तो वैसे परीक्षार्थी को वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु ऑनलाईन प्रवेश पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा तथा परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। पूर्ववर्ती (Ex) कम्पार्टमेन्टल (Compartmental), एकल विषय अंग्रेजी (Single Subject English) एवं सम्मुनत (Betterment/improvement) कोटि के छात्र / छात्रा को उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में सम्मिलित नहीं होना है।

अंकनीय है कि गत वर्ष की भाँति उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा की व्यवस्था ( प्रणाली) को पारदर्शी एवं उत्कृष्ट बनाने की आवश्यकता है, ताकि इन परीक्षाओं की गुणवत्ता उच्च कोटि की हो एवं इसमें उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी वास्तविक रूप से समिति द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने के मापदण्ड पर अपने अर्हता एवं योग्यता प्रमाणित कर सके। इस उद्देश्य से निदेशक (मा० शि०) के झापांक 09/वि०वि०प०स०-12 / 2020-557. दिनांक 18.09.2020 द्वारा निर्गत आदेश के आलोक में निम्नांकित कार्रवाई की जानी है:-

  1. उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up)/ जाँच परीक्षा के लिए प्रश्न पत्रों का विषयवार निर्धारण समिति स्तर पर किया गया है तथा इसकी आपूर्ति समिति द्वारा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कार्यालय के माध्यम से सभी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों को निःशुल्क उपलब्ध होगा। इस पर होने वाला व्यय समिति द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा और इसके लिए विद्यार्थियों से कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।
  2. समिति द्वारा आपूरित प्रश्न पत्र का प्रारूप माध्यमिक परीक्षा के अनुरूप तैयार किया गया है, ताकि परीक्षार्थी पूर्व से ही समिति द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली वार्षिक परीक्षा के लिए अपने आप को तैयार कर सकें।
  3. उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा का आयोजन एवं मूल्यांकन पूर्व व्यवस्था के अनुसार सभी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय के स्तर पर ही किया जाएगा।

CTET January 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For Primary (Class I-V)

  • Code 01: Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
  • Code 02:Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 Norms OR
  • Code 03:Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) OR
  • Code 04:Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 a year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
  • Code 05:Graduation with 50% Marks and 1 Year B. Ed Examination OR

For Secondary





  • Code 01: Bachelor’s Degree and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
  • Code 02: Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed). OR
  • Code 03: Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed), in accordance with the NCTE Norms OR
  • Code 04: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- a four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed). OR
  • Code 05: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A/B. Sc. Ed or B. A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed. OR
  • Code 06: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. / (B. Ed Special Education)
  • Code 07: Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.



How to Apply CTET January 2024

  • CTET January 2024 Online Form 2023.
  • All eligible/interested candidates can apply online application form between 03 November to 23 November 2023.
  • Candidate read the official notification before applying for the CTET January 2024 Online Form 2023.
  • Kindly check and collect all Documents – Eligibility, ID Proof, Address Details, and Basic details.
  • Ready scan documents related to the online application form – Photo, Sign, ID Proof, Etc.
  • Before submitting the application form must check the preview and all columns carefully.

Important Documents to Upload

  • The latest photographs and signatures should be in jpg format.
  • The size of the photo image must be greater than 10 kb and less than 100 kb.
  • The size of the signature image must be greater than 3 kb and less than 30 kb.
  • Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm(width) * 4.5 cm(Height) only
  • Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm(length) * 1.5 cm(Height) only
