How to Apply Birth Certificate Online 2024: Civil Registration is a continuous, permanent, compulsory recording of the occurrence and characteristics of vital events, like births, deaths, and stillbirths. In India, the registration of births and deaths is carried out under provisions of the Registration of Birth and Death (RBD) Act, 1969, and Registrar General, India is entrusted with the responsibilities of co-ordinating and unifying the activities of the Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths.
Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths in each State/UTs is the implementing authority and the registration of births and deaths is done by the local registrars appointed by the State Government under whose jurisdiction the event has taken place. The Chief Registrar must compile, publish, and submit the Annual Statistical Report based on the Civil Registration System to the State Government as well as the Registrar General, India. At the National level, about 85.6% of births and 70.9% of deaths are reported to have been registered during 2013.

घरेलू जन्म और मृत्यु के मामले में, नागरिक को घटना घटने के 21 दिनों के भीतर संबंधित रजिस्ट्रार को घटना की सूचना देनी होगी। रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद रजिस्ट्रार से सर्टिफिकेट लेना होगा, जहां बच्चे के नाम के बिना जन्म पंजीकृत किया गया है, उसे निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर रजिस्ट्रार को सूचित किया जाना चाहिए।

- Step 5: Then go to the Main Page (After Registration)

- Step 7: Apply for their Birth/Death Certificate
सामान्य अवधि 21 दिन (घटना की तारीख से) निर्धारित की गई है जन्म, मृत्यु और मृत जन्म की घटनाओं की रिपोर्टिंग करना। यदि आप इस समय अवधि के अंदर नहीं बनाते हैं, तो Delayed Fees & Affidavit/Declaration देने होगें जो कि लंबा प्रोसेस हो जाता हैं, अर्थात् 21 दिन के अंदर हि जन्म एवं मृत्यू प्रमाण पत्र बनवा लें।
