CM Pratigya Yojana Online Apply 2025: The CM-PRATIGYA Scheme (Promotion of Readiness, Awareness and Technical Insights for Guiding Youth Advancement), launched by the Government of Bihar, is a flagship initiative dedicated to empowering the state’s youth for a prosperous future. The scheme emphasizes enhancing skill development and workplace readiness, helping young individuals understand diverse employment opportunities while gaining hands-on experience in both the manufacturing and service sectors.

Eligibility Criteria for Establishments, Industries, and Employers
The establishment must have been in operation for a minimum of three years. It should possess valid registrations under EPFO, ESIC, and GST, along with a Certificate of Incorporation and Udyog Aadhaar issued in Bihar.
Any establishment, industry, or employer may deploy interns, provided that the total number does not exceed 10% of their total registered manpower.
The type of entities/employers eligible:
- MSMEs only from Bihar that are registered and operational within the state shall be allowed.
- Government entities shall be from only Bihar state.
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), whether based within the state or outside, are eligible to participate in the CM-PRATIGYA Scheme for the deployment of interns.
- Large-scale industries with an annual financial turnover of ₹250 crores or above from any state in the country are eligible to participate in the CM-PRATIGYA Scheme.
Stipend of CM Pratigya Yojana Online Apply 2025
Monthly Stipend shall be paid to the youth of Bihar through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) till the period of internship.
- Rs. 4,000/- month: For youth who have passed their 12th class.
- Rs. 5,000/- month: For ITI / Diploma holders.
Rs. 6,000/- month: For graduates and post-graduates.
Sustenance Allowance & Duration
Rs. 2,000/- Per Month
Candidates who obtain internships outside their home district will receive a sustenance allowance of ₹2,000 per month for the first three months.
Rs. 5,000/- per Month
Candidates who secure internships outside the state of Bihar will receive a sustenance allowance of ₹5,000 per month for the entire duration of their internship.
03-12 Months
The internship shall have a minimum duration of three months and may be extended up to twelve months, based on the requirements of the industry or establishment and the interest of the candidate.
