Bihar Board Matric Final Admit Card 2025: राज्य के माध्यमिक स्तर के सभी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान, वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 में सम्मिलित होने वाले सभी परीक्षार्थी, उनके अभिभावक, सभी जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (माध्यमिक शिक्षा) एवं सभी जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, बिहार को सूचित किया जाता है कि वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 के इन्टरनल एसेसमेन्ट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा (दिनांक 21.01.2025 से 23.01.2025 तक) एवं सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा (दिनांक 17.02.2025 से 25.02.2025 तक) में सम्मिलित होने के लिए परीक्षार्थियों का प्रवेश पत्र (Admit Card) समिति की वेबसाईट https://secondary.biharboardonline.com पर दिनांक 08.01.2025 से अपलोड रहेगा।

विद्यालय प्रधान पूर्णतः आश्वस्त हो लेंगे कि विद्यालय के सभी अर्हक परीक्षार्थियों का प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर उन्हें प्राप्त करा दिया गया है और किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश पत्र प्राप्त कराना अब शेष नहीं रह गया है ताकि किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को इन्टरनल एसेसमेन्ट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा एवं सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु किसी समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े।

  1. यह प्रवेश पत्र उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में उत्प्रेषित / उत्तीर्ण वैध परीक्षार्थियों के लिए ही मान्य होगा। उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में गैर-उत्प्रेषित (Non Sent-up) / अनुत्तीर्ण / अनुपस्थित छात्र/छात्रा / विद्यार्थी वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 में कदापि सम्मिलित नहीं होंगे। मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान को सूचित किया जाता है कि जो विद्यार्थी विद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा में गैर-उत्प्रेषित (Non Sent-up)/अनुत्तीर्ण / अनुपस्थित हैं,
  2. उनका प्रवेश पत्र (Admit Card) किसी भी परिस्थिति में उनके द्वारा जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। इस निर्देश की उपेक्षा करते हुए यदि किसी विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा किसी भी गैर-उत्प्रेषित (Non Sent-up) / अनुत्तीर्ण / अनुपस्थित छात्र / छात्रा का प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिया जाता है, तो इसे घोर अनियमितता मानते हुए समिति द्वारा मामले को अत्यंत गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा और इससे उत्पन्न होने वाली किसी भी कठिनाई के लिए परीक्षार्थी तथा संबंधित विद्यालय के प्रधान जिम्मेवार होंगे।
  3. माध्यमिक स्तर के मान्यात प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान को सूचित किया जाता है कि जिन विद्यालयों के द्वारा उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा का परीक्षाफल समिति में जमा नहीं किया गया है, उन विद्यालयों के परीक्षार्थियों का प्रवेश पत्र जारी नहीं किया गया है। उत्प्रेषण (Sent-up) / जाँच परीक्षा का परीक्षाफल समिति में प्राप्त हो जाने के पश्चात् उनका प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिया जायेगा।

वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 में सम्मिलित होने वाले सभी परीक्षार्थियों एवं उनके अभिभावक को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे अपने विद्यालय प्रधान से संपर्क कर अपना प्रवेश पत्र (प्रधानाध्यापक द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित एवं मुहरयुक्त) प्राप्त कर लेंगे तथा इंटरनल एसेसमेंट/ प्रायोगिक परीक्षा दिनांक 21.01.2025 से 23.01.2025 तक एवं सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा दिनांक 17.02.2025 से 25.02.2025 तक की अवधि में अपने प्रवेश पत्र के अनुसार सम्मिलित होंगे।

विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय है कि समिति द्वारा वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु विद्यालय प्रधान के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन भरे गये पंजीयन / परीक्षा आवेदन एवं सभी परीक्षार्थियों का डमी प्रवेश पत्र जारी करने के बाद छात्रहित को ध्यान में रखते हुए परिलक्षित त्रुटियों का ऑनलाईन संशोधन हेतु समिति द्वारा विभिन्न विज्ञप्तियों के माध्यम से कई बार अवसर प्रदान किया गया था। तद्‌नुसार ही समिति द्वारा सभी परीक्षार्थियों का प्रवेश पत्र निर्गत किया गया है।

सभी परीक्षार्थियों के निर्गत प्रवेश पत्र के अनुसार ही इन्टरनल एसेसमेन्ट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा एवं सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षा का संचालन एवं उनमें छात्रों का सम्मिलित किया जाएगा। किसी भी विद्यालय प्रधान / परीक्षा केन्द्राधीक्षक द्वारा परीक्षार्थियों के निर्गत प्रवेश पत्र से भिन्न विषयों की परीक्षा नहीं ली जाएगी और ना ही प्रवेश पत्र में किसी प्रकार का संशोधन किया जाएगा अथवा किसी संशोधित बिन्दु की स्वीकृति दी जाएगी।

यदि विद्यालय प्रधान / परीक्षा केन्द्राधीक्षक द्वारा किसी परीक्षार्थियों के निर्गत प्रवेश पत्र में संशोधन किया जाता है अथवा संशोधित बिन्दु की स्वीकृति दी जाती है तथा प्रवेश पत्र से भिन्न विषयों की परीक्षा ली जाती है, तो वैसे विद्यालय प्रधान / परीक्षा केन्द्राधीक्षक के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार अनुशासनिक एवं कानूनी कार्रवाई करते हुए निलंबन हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकार से अनुशंसा की जाएगी।

दिव्यांगजन अभ्यार्थियों को लेखक (Writer) की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराये जाने के संबंध में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के स्तर से की जाने वाली कार्रवाई:-

सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग के पत्रांक- F.No 34- 02/2015-DD III, दिनांक-29-08-2018 एवं पत्रांक F.No29-06/2019-DD III दिनांक-10-08-2022 द्वारा संसूचित प्रावधान के आलोक में वैसे परीक्षार्थियों को जो स्वयं से लिखने में असमर्थ हैं, उनके अनुरोध के आधार पर श्रुतिलेखक उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त यह भी प्रावधान है कि दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थीगण अपना श्रुतिलेखक भी ला सकते हैं। श्रुतिलेखक की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए दिव्यांगजन को परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के एक सप्ताह पूर्व संबंधित जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को आवेदन देना होगा।

ऑनलाईन प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करने में किसी प्रकार की असुविधा होने पर समिति के हेल्पलाईन नम्बर- 0612-2232074 पर सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है अथवा E-mail ID: [email protected] पर सूचित कर किसी समस्या का त्वरित समाधान प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

1. सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि वो अपना SMS, Email तथा PMS Portal पर अपने आवदेन की स्थिति निरंतर देखते रहें तदनुसार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर जरुरी संसोधन अवश्य करें।

2. आपके द्वारा अपलोड किए गए जाति, आय और निवास प्रमाण पत्र के सफल सत्यापन के बाद ही पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना की राशि दी जाएगी।

3. सभी छात्र / छात्राओं यदि आप कोई भी दस्तावेज प्रदान करने में विफल रहते हैं या आपके द्वारा प्रदान किए गए दस्तावेज गलत पाए जाते हैं, तो लॉग इन कर फिर से सही दस्तावेज संख्या एवं दस्तावेज अपडेट करे।

4. सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि अपने आधार संख्या एवं जन्म तिथि के माध्यम से आवदेन की स्थिति निरंतर जाँच करते रहें, यदि आपका रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध ना हो तो पुनः आवेदन करें

5.सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि अपने आधार संख्या को अपने बैंक खाते से DBT के लिए Seeded करवायें तथा सुनिश्चित करे की बैंक द्वारा आधार के साथ सही अकाउंट Seed किया गया है अन्यथा Scholarship की राशि नहीं मिलेगी।

The Post Matric Scholarship Schemes of Govt. of Bihar for 2022-23 (Within the State/Outside the State) are applied only through an online portal. To apply online, please visit the website through the URL: http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/ and Mobile App Post matric Bihar.
Only Scanned copies of all the Original Documents as required in the online application form valid for 2022-23 should be uploaded. The List of Documents Includes Student Aadhaar Card Student Photograph Bonafide Certificate from the institution Fee Receipt from the institution Income Certificate valid for 2022-23 Residence Certificate Caste Certificate Previous Degree Passing Certificate Previous Year Mark Sheet.
In case an institution or student is found providing illegal or misleading information or Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents then the application form will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against concerned persons/parties as per law.
A student can register only once on the portal for an academic year. The student can further renew without entering more details for the next academic year onwards.

Examination Fee for Indian Airforce Agniveer 01/2026 Recruitment 2025 Online Form

The examination fee of ₹550/- plus GST is to be paid online by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by Debit Cards/Credit Cards/Internet Banking through a payment gateway. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions/ steps given on the payment gateway, and also print/ keep transaction details for their records

  • General/EWS Candidates: Rs. 550/-
  • OBC Candidates: Rs. 550/-
  • SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 550/-

Payment Mode: You can pay the application fee through a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, or UPI fee mode only.

Age limit

  • Minimum Age: 17.5 Years
  • Maximum Age: 23 Years
  1. Candidates born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
  2. In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrolment should be 21 years.

Education Qualification

Science Subjects

Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from an Education Board listed as a COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

OR

Passed Two years of Vocational courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from State Education Boards/Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the vocational course).

Other than Science Subjects

Passed Intermediate/10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed two years’ vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

Mandatory Medical Standards

General Medical Standards for AGNIVEER VAYU are as follows:-

Height:

(i) For Male candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm.
(ii) For Female candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm. For candidates belonging to the east or hilly regions of Uttarakhand, a lower minimum height of 147 cm will be accepted. In the case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cm.

Chest:

Male Canddiates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed. The minimum chest circumference should be 77 cm and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cm. 

Female Candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and should be with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cm. 

Hearing: The candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.

Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Names of the shortlisted candidates, who qualify for the online test, shall be displayed on the CASB Web Portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in and on a stipulated date shall be called at designated ASC for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Adaptability Test-II. PFT consists of two parts i.e. PFT-I and PFT-II.

PFT- I

  • Candidates have to complete 1.6 Kms run as per the following timings to qualify for PFT-II:

Male: 1.6 Km run to be completed within Seven minutes (07m).

Female: 1.6 Km run to be completed within Eight minutes (08m).

PFT- II

Candidates who qualify for PFT-I to undergo PFT-II after 10 minutes of recuperation time. The sequence of exercises and maximum period for male and female candidates are as follows:-

Female Candidates

Terminal Benefits – Seva Nidhi Package: AGNIVEERVAYU will be given a time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package comprising their monthly contribution along with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period, as indicated below:-

    • PMRCL के Screening Committee के द्वारा Shortlisted आवेदकों का विवरण, साक्षात्कार हेतु स्थान, तिथि एवं समय PMRCL के Notice Board पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी एवं इसकी सूचना Shortlisted अभ्यर्थियों को उनके द्वारा आवेदन में उल्लेखित E-mail address पर भेजा जाएगा।
    • साक्षात्कार (Walk-in-Interview) हेतु किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को किसी भी तरह का भत्ता देय नहीं होगा।
    • पटना मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड में प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियोजन 03 वर्ष के लिए एवं संविदा के आधार पर नियोजन 01 वर्ष के लिए किया जाएगा। कार्यकलाप संतोषजनक होने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति / संविदा अवधि का विस्तार आवश्यकतानुसार किया जाएगा। कार्यकलाप संतोषजनक नहीं पाये जाने अथवा PMRCL में आवश्यकता नहीं रहने पर PMRCL को ऐसे कर्मी को पदमुक्त / पैतृक विभाग को वापस करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित होगा।
    • नियुक्ति के संबंध में सभी प्रकार का सर्वाधिकार प्रबंध निदेशक, पटना मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के अधीन होगा।
    • अभ्यर्थियों के साक्षात्कार / नियोजन के समय उनके वर्तमान नियोक्ता से प्राप्त अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। यदि किसी कारण अभ्यर्थी द्वारा साक्षात्कार/नियोजन के समय अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाता है तब चयन होने के एक माह के अंदर अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
    • सरकारी सेवा से सेवानिवृत अभ्यर्थियों को Sum of (last pay at the time of retirement + Dearness Allowance) minus (-) (Pension at the time of retirement + Dearness Relief) के आधार पर मानदेय भुगतान किया जाएगा जबकि संविदा पर नियोजन हेतु उपरोक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ संख्या-6 के आधार पर एकमुश्त मानदेय का निर्धारण PMRCL के द्वारा किया जाएगा एवं निर्धारित भुगतान प्रतिमाह किया जाएगा।
    • संविदा पर नियोजन के उपरांत यदि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा स्वेच्छा से सेवा छोड़ा जाता है तब ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को एक माह का नोटिस अवधि देना अनिवार्य होगा।
    • चयनित उम्मीदवार को नियुक्ति पत्र जारी के तिथि से अधिकतम एक माह के अंदर अपना योगदान देना अनिवार्य होगा।
