Bihar B.Ed 2nd Merit List 2024 Eligibility Criteria

- The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) with at least 50% marks.
- The Candidates having a Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity with at least 55% marks can also apply
- B.Tech / B.E degree holder specializing in Maths and Science and a minimum of 55% marks can also apply.

Minimum Qualifying Marks For CET-B.Ed. 2024

- For Candidates of Unreserved Category: 35% correspondingly 42 marks.
- For SC, ST, BC, EBC, WBC, and Divyaang Category Candidates: 30% correspondingly 36 marks.

The pattern of the Entrance Test

- Bihar B.Ed 2nd Merit List 2024: CET-B.Ed.-2023 shall be of two hours duration. Candidates have to answer 120 multiple-choice questions. Each question shall have four expected answers of which they have to select the most appropriate answer and mark them on the OMR sheet provided along with the Question Booklet. Candidate must use a blue/black ball pen only to mark the answer on the OMR sheet.
- The Question Booklet shall have 120 objective-type questions each carrying one mark. The maximum mark allotted to the Entrance Test is 120. OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet shall be provided for answering the questions.

Bihar Deled 3rd Merit List 2024: दिनांक 01.04.2024 से 30.04.2024 तक की अवधि में आयोजित डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा में उतीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षाफल (Score Card) के आधार पर राज्य अन्तर्गत डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित ERC NCTE से मान्यता प्राप्त एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति से सम्बद्धता प्रदत्त सरकारी एवं निजी प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय में प्रशिक्षण सत्र 2024-26 में ऑनलाईन प्रणाली से संस्थान आवंटन किए जाने की कारवाई की जा रही है। ऑनलाईन नामांकन हेतु आवेदन एवं शुल्क तथा प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का विकल्प प्राथमिकता के आधार पर भरने हेतु दिनांक 20.06.2024 से 26.06.2024 तक की तिथि निर्धारित की गई थी।

डी०एल०एड० प्रशिक्षण सत्र 2024-26 में नामांकन के लिये स्वीकृत कुल सीटों के विरूद्ध प्रथम चरण में चयनित विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन मेधा सूची एवं संस्थानों की प्राथमिकता Merit-Cum-Choice के आधार पर संस्थान आवंटन किया जायेगा। पुनः रिक्त सीटों के विरूद्ध क्रमिक रूप से, आवश्यकतानुसार, क्रमशः द्वितीय एवं तृतीय चरण में संस्थान आवंटन उपरांकित निदेश / प्रक्रियाओं के तहत ऑनलाईन किया जायेगा।

प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यताः-

उच्च माध्यमिक (+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50: अंकों वाले उम्मीदवार डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए पात्र हैं।
नामांकन हेतु सभी आरक्षित कोटि / निःशक्त उम्मीदवारों के लिए अर्हता अंकों में 5% की छूट होगी।
50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ मौलवी की परीक्षा पास करने वाले उर्दू अभ्यर्थी डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन के पात्र होंगे।
वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने 10+2 में वोकेशनल कोर्स के अन्तर्गत योग्यता हासिल की है अथवा जिन्होंने मध्यमा के बाद इण्टर, 10+2 अथवा फौकानिया के बाद इण्टर, 10+2 की योग्यता हासिल की है वे डी०एल०एड० कोर्स में नामांकन के पात्र होंगे।

डी०एल०एड० सरकारी एवं निजी डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु अभ्यर्थियों का चयन निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं के आधार पर की जाएगी :-

डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित महाविद्यालयों में स्वीकृत सीट की संख्या
विद्यार्थियों द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरे गये संस्थान के विकल्प
आरक्षण संबंधी राज्य सरकार के प्रभावी प्रावधान

डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2024 में अनुतीर्ण किसी भी आवेदक का किसी भी संस्थान में नामांकन हेतु चयन नहीं किया जाएगा।

Bihar Deled 3rd Merit List 2024: डी०एल०एड० संस्थान में नामांकन हेतु तृतीय चयन सूची (Third Selection List) दिनांक 13 August 2024 को जारी की जाएगी, जिसे संबंधित संस्थान को उनके Login ID पर भेज दिया जायेगा। Cut Off Rank (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) भी समिति के Portal पर दिनांक 13 August 2024 को जारी की जाएगी, जिसे आवेदक समिति के पोर्टल https://www.deledbihar.com पर देख सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही सभी आवेदकों को उनके Login ID में तृतीय सूचना पत्र (3rd Intimation Letter) भी जारी किया जाएगा, जिसे वे Portal पर अपना ID एवंPassword डालकर देख सकते हैं तथा Download कर सकते हैं। इस हेतु सभी चयनितों को SMS भी भेजा जायेगा।

स्लाइड अप (Slide Up) प्रक्रिया

Bihar Deled 3rd Merit List 2024: यदि आवेदक द्वितीय चरण में निचली प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में चुने जाने पर संतुष्ट नहीं है, वैसे विद्यार्थी अपने नामांकन के उपरांत दिनांक 07 August 2024 तक पोर्टल के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर अपने द्वारा दिये गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थानों में नामांकन की संभावना हेतु Slide Up विकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, परन्तु नया विकल्प जोड़ अथवा बदल नहीं सकते हैं।

Slide Up विकल्प चुनने के पश्चात् दूसरी सूची में विद्यार्थी के उनके द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में पहले से भरे गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले विकल्पों में से किसी संस्थान का चयन होने की सम्भावना रहती है, परंतु अगली सूची में आवेदक का नाम चयनित होने के साथ ही उनका स्थान पूर्व आवंटित संस्थान की प्रथम सूची से रिक्त हो जायेगा।

जिन विद्यार्थियो को द्वितीय चरण में जो प्रशिक्षण संस्थान आवंटित हुआ है वे अनिवार्य रूप से 3000/- (तीन हजार रूपया) मात्र सुरक्षा राशि आवंटित संस्थान में जमा कर नामांकन लेना सुनिश्चित करेंगे, तभी उनके पास स्लाईड-अप का विकल्प होगा। यह केवल सरकारी एवं गैर सरकारी प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों दोनों पर लागू होगा।

जो आवेदक सूचना पत्र पर आवंटित संस्थान में निर्धारित अवधि तक नामांकन नहीं लेते हैं, वैसे आवेदकों का अभ्यर्थित्व अगले चरणों के लिए समाप्त हो जाएगा।

डी०एल०एड० प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2024 में उत्तीर्ण जिन अभ्यर्थियों के द्वारा ससमय ऑनलाईन आवेदन (CAF) भरा जाएगा, मात्र उन्हीं आवेदकों का नाम चयन प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा। निर्धारित अवधि में ऑनलाईन आवेदन जमा नहीं किए जाने वाले डी०एल०एड० प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2024 उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों को चयन प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित नहीं किया जाएगा एवं तद्‌नुसार ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों का नामांकन किसी भी संस्थान में नहीं होगा।

About OFSS

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has developed an online system named Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) which will enable the students to take admission in Intermediate courses of Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture in different Colleges/Schools (Except Minority Institutions and Residential institutions) affiliated and recognized with Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) in all 38 districts in the state of Bihar.

Who can apply?

Students who have passed the matriculation or equivalent Examination from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), or any other national / state boards are eligible to apply online for admission.

Bihar Board Inter Admission Form 2024

Students can apply via the online Common Application Form (CAF) available on www.ofssbihar.in and can be accessed from any place where an Internet facility is available. The application fee for online admission is Rs. 350/‐ only and the mode of payment has been described in the Common application form (CAF).

This system makes the entire admission process transparent, reliable, hassle-free, and cost-effective thereby reducing the anxiety of applicants/parents regarding the selection and related queries.

The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 19th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 07-07-2024 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in twenty languages in 136 cities nationwide. The detailed information Bulletin containing details of the examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities, and important dates will be available on CTET’s official website https://ctet.nic.in/ shortly and aspiring candidates are requested to download the information Bulletin from the website mentioned above only and read the same carefully before applying.

Aspiring candidates have to apply online only through the CTET websitehttps://ctet.nic.in/. The online application process will start from 07/03/2024. The last date for submitting an online application is 02/04/2024 (11:59 PM).

For Primary (Class I-V)

Code 01: Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
Code 02:Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 Norms OR
Code 03:Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) OR
Code 04:Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 a year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
Code 05:Graduation with 50% Marks and 1 Year B. Ed Examination OR

For Secondary

Code 01: Bachelor’s Degree and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
Code 02: Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed). OR
Code 03: Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed), by the NCTE Norms OR
Code 04: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- a four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed). OR

How to Apply CTET July 2024

Step 1:Log on to CTET’s official website https://ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.
Step 3: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
Step 4: Upload the latest Scanned Photograph and Signature.
Step 5: Pay the Examination Fee by debit/credit card and net banking.
Step 6: Print the Confirmation page for record and future reference.

Important Documents to Upload

The latest photographs and signatures should be in jpg format.
The size of the photo image must be greater than 10 kb and less than 100 kb.
The size of the signature image must be greater than 3 kb and less than 30 kb.

Bihar Deled 2nd Merit List 2024: दिनांक 01.04.2024 से 30.04.2024 तक की अवधि में आयोजित डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा में उतीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षाफल (Score Card) के आधार पर राज्य अन्तर्गत डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित ERC NCTE से मान्यता प्राप्त एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति से सम्बद्धता प्रदत्त सरकारी एवं निजी प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय में प्रशिक्षण सत्र 2024-26 में ऑनलाईन प्रणाली से संस्थान आवंटन किए जाने की कारवाई की जा रही है। ऑनलाईन नामांकन हेतु आवेदन एवं शुल्क तथा प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का विकल्प प्राथमिकता के आधार पर भरने हेतु दिनांक 20.06.2024 से 26.06.2024 तक की तिथि निर्धारित की गई थी।

प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यताः-

उच्च माध्यमिक (+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50: अंकों वाले उम्मीदवार डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए पात्र हैं।
नामांकन हेतु सभी आरक्षित कोटि / निःशक्त उम्मीदवारों के लिए अर्हता अंकों में 5% की छूट होगी।
50 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ मौलवी की परीक्षा पास करने वाले उर्दू अभ्यर्थी डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन के पात्र होंगे।
वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने 10+2 में वोकेशनल कोर्स के अन्तर्गत योग्यता हासिल की है अथवा जिन्होंने मध्यमा के बाद इण्टर, 10+2 अथवा फौकानिया के बाद इण्टर, 10+2 की योग्यता हासिल की है वे डी०एल०एड० कोर्स में नामांकन के पात्र होंगे।

डी०एल०एड० सरकारी एवं निजी डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु अभ्यर्थियों का चयन निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं के आधार पर की जाएगी :-

विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश परीक्षा का Score (Rank)
डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित महाविद्यालयों में स्वीकृत सीट की संख्या
विद्यार्थियों द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरे गये संस्थान के विकल्प
आरक्षण संबंधी राज्य सरकार के प्रभावी प्रावधान

डी०एल०एड० संस्थान में नामांकन हेतु द्वितीय चयन सूची (Second Selection List) दिनांक 02 August 2024 को जारी की जाएगी, जिसे संबंधित संस्थान को उनके Login ID पर भेज दिया जायेगा। Cut Off Rank (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) भी समिति के Portal पर दिनांक 02 August 2024 को जारी की जाएगी, जिसे आवेदक समिति के पोर्टल https://www.deledbihar.com पर देख सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही सभी आवेदकों को उनके Login ID में प्रथम सूचना पत्र (Intimation Letter) भी जारी किया जाएगा, जिसे वे Portal पर अपना ID एवंPassword डालकर देख सकते हैं तथा Download कर सकते हैं। इस हेतु सभी चयनितों को SMS भी भेजा जायेगा।

स्लाइड अप (Slide Up) प्रक्रिया

यदि आवेदक द्वितीय चरण में निचली प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में चुने जाने पर संतुष्ट नहीं है, वैसे विद्यार्थी अपने नामांकन के उपरांत दिनांक 07 August 2024 तक पोर्टल के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर अपने द्वारा दिये गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थानों में नामांकन की संभावना हेतु Slide Up विकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, परन्तु नया विकल्प जोड़ अथवा बदल नहीं सकते हैं।

Application Fee

For CUET (UG) – 2024, fees will be charged based on the number of subjects chosen by the candidates. The following fee structure is applicable for CUET (UG) – 2024:-

General (UR)	Rs. 1000/-	Rs. 400 (Each)
OBC-NCL/EWS	Rs. 900/-	Rs. 375/- (Each)
SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender	Rs. 800/-	Rs. 350/- (Each)
Centres Outside India	Rs. 4500/-	Rs. 1800/- (Each)

Payment Mode: Pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking fee mode.

Eligibility Criteria

For appearing in the CUET (UG) – 2024, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12th /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2024 irrespective of their age can appear in the CUET (UG) – 2024 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University if they are desirous of taking admission.

Examination Structure for CUET (UG) – 2024

CUET (UG) – 2024 will consist of the following 4 Sections:

- Section IA – 13 Languages
- Section IB – 19 Languages
- Section II – 27 Domain-specific Subjects
- Section III – General Test

Level of questions for CUET (UG) -2024

All questions in various testing areas will be benchmarked only at the Class XII level. Students having studied the Class XII Board syllabus will be able to do well in CUET (UG) – 2024.

Number of attempts

If any University permits students of previous years of class XII to be admitted in the current year, such students would also be eligible to appear in CUET (UG) – 2024.

Choice of Languages and Subjects

Generally, the languages/subjects chosen should be the ones a student has opted for in his latest Class XII Board examination. However, if any University permits any flexibility in this regard, the same can also be exercised under CUET (UG) -2024. Candidates must carefully refer to the eligibility requirements of various Central Universities in this regard. Moreover, if the subject to be studied in the Undergraduate course is not available in the list of 27 Domain Specific Subjects being offered, the Candidate may choose the Subject closest to his choice e.g. For Biochemistry the candidate may choose Biology.

13 languages ( Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odiya, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi, and Urdu)
