BPSC 69th Pre-Exam 2023 Exam Center List with Code Release: एकीकृत 69वीं संयुक्त (प्रारंभिक) प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा दिनांक- 30.09.2023 को आयोजित की गई हैं। जिसका दिनांक-15.09.2023 से प्रवेश-पत्र (e-Admit Card) डाउनलोड करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ की गयी है, जिसमें अभ्यर्थी का आवंटित परीक्षा केन्द्र कोड (Centre Code) एवं जिला का नाम दर्ज है। दिनांक 26.09.2023 से अभ्यर्थी आवंटित परीक्षा केन्द्र का पूर्ण विवरण अपने Dashboard में Login करने के उपरांत देख सकते हैं।

अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा सूचित किया गया है कि e-Admit Card में अद्यतन फोटो अपलोड करते समय गलत फोटो अपलोड होने के कारण e-Admit Card में द्वितीय फोटो अन्य व्यक्ति का फोटो दर्ज हो गया है। अतः ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को गलत फोटो Edit कर सही फोटो दुबारा अपलोड करने के लिए अंतिम अवसर प्रदान करते हुए आयोग के डैशबोर्ड पर दिनांक- 26.09.2023 से 29.09.2023 तक लिंक दिया जायेगा। उक्त तिथि के बाद किसी तरह का कोई अवसर प्रदान नहीं किया जायेगा।सभी अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश-पत्र (e-Admit Card) की एक अतिरिक्त प्रति अपने साथ परीक्षा केन्द्र ले जाना सुनिश्चित करेंगे एवं परीक्षा अवधि में वीक्षक के समक्ष हस्ताक्षर कर उन्हें सुपूर्द कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

Bihar Board Matric Original Registration Card and Exam Form: बिहार राज्य के माध्यमिक स्तर के सभी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय के प्रधान वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने वाले पंजीकृत छात्र/छात्राओं, उनके अभिभावक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (माध्यमिक शिक्षा) एवं जिला शिक्षा पदा को सूचित किया जाता है, कि Bihar Board Matric परीक्षा 2024 में सम्मिलित होने वाले नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के पंजीकृत / अनुमति प्राप्त सभी छात्र/छात्राओं का डमी पंजीयन कार्ड जारी करते हुए उनमें परिलक्षित त्रुटियों का सुधार हेतु पर्याप्त अवसर दिया गया था। उक्त के आलोक में विद्यालय प्रधान के माध्यम से डमी पंजीयन कार्ड में किये गये ऑनलाईन त्रुटियों क एवं परिमार्जन के उपरान्त समिति की वेबसाईट http://secondary.biharboardonline.com पर छात्र/छात्राओं का मूल पंजीयन कार्ड अपलोड कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही उक्त वेबसाईट पर वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 के परीक्षा पत्र का प्रपत्र भी अपलोड कर दिया गया है।

बिहार बोर्ड 10वीं परीक्षा फॉर्म 2024 के तहत परीक्षा फॉर्म की अंतिम तिथि की प्रक्रिया बोर्ड ने 03 सितंबर, 2023 से शुरू कर दी गई है जिसे आप 17 सितंबर, 2023 तक भर सकते हैं।

BSEB 10th Exam Form 2024

Application Fee

1. ऑनलाईन शुल्क (रु० 30/-) शिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा रखा जाएगा, जिसका उपयोग शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा विद्यार्थी के ऑनलाईन आवेदन भरने तथा उन्हें डमी / मूल प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त कराने के मद में किया जाएगा।

2. बेटरमेन्ट एवं एकल विषय (अंग्रेजी) की परीक्षा के लिए प्रति परीक्षार्थी निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क के अतिरिक्त 200.00 रुपये अनुमति शुल्क अलग से देय है जो परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ जमा करना अनिवार्य है।

3. माध्यमिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित एवं अनुत्तीर्ण पूर्ववर्ती / कम्पार्टमेन्टल परीक्षार्थियों को औपबंधिक प्रमाण पत्र शुल्क 110.00 रूपये, विज्ञान आन्तरिक शुल्क 55.00 रुपये एवं व्यावहारिक परीक्षा शुल्क 3000 रूपये देय नहीं है।

परीक्षा शुल्क के भुगतान के संबंध में

परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान एच०डी०एफ०सी० बैंक / एक्सिस बैंक / इंडियन बैंक के किसी भी शाखा में ई-चालान डेबिट कार्ड / क्रेडिट कार्ड / नेट बैंकिंग / RTGS/NEFT के माध्यम से किया जायेगा।

17. वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु वैसे विद्यार्थी, जिनका पंजीयन / अनुमति आवेदन निर्धारित अवधि तक ऑनलाईन भरा गया है और बार-बार दिए गए अवसर के बावजूद अभी तक उनका पंजीयन / अनुमति शुल्क जमा नहीं किया गया है। ऐसे विद्यार्थी के बकाया पंजीयन / अनुमति शुल्क की राशि अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करना आवश्यक होगा, अन्यथा उनका समिति के पोर्टल पर पंजीयन कार्ड एवं ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आवेदन भरने हेतु नाम दिखाई नहीं देगा. जिसका सम्पूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व संबंधित विद्यालय के प्रधान की होगी।

How to Fill Bihar Board 10th Exam Form 2024

(i) समिति का पोर्टल “secondary.biharboardonline.com” को Opan करेंगे।
(ii) तत्पश्चात Home Page पर Secondary Annual Application for Exam, 2024 पर दिए गए लिंक “Click here * पर Click करें।
(iii) उसके बाद Login Page Open होगा, जिसमें विद्यालय पहले से प्राप्त Login ld तथा Password का उपयोग कर Login करेंगे।
(iv) Login करने के पश्चात् किसी विद्यालय ने कितने छात्रों का पंजीयन कराया है. की जानकारी मिलेगी।
(v) जितने भी Regular/Private छात्र/छात्राओं का Application Form प्रिन्ट करना है, उसे Check Box में Tick कर Select कर लेंगे तथा “Print Application Form पर Click करेंगे, जिसके उपरांत इन सभी छात्र/छात्राओं का Application Form Print हो जाएगा।
(vi) उसके बाद उपर दिए गए लिंक “Fee” पर कर “Add Fee* करेंगे। तत्पश्चात Categorywise (Regular/Private/Ex/Betterment/ Compartmental Single Subject) संख्या अंकित कर उन्हीं छात्र/छात्राओं का Payment करेंगे, जिनका परीक्षा फार्म भरना हो। उसके उपरांत उनका Application Form Apply करने हेतु Active हो जाएगा।
(vii) Active होने के उपरांत Select Student Category में सही Category (Regular/Private/Ex/ Betterment/ Compartmental /Single Subject) का चयन कर Application Form को “Apply (Submit) करेंगे।
(viii) उसके उपरांत विद्यालय Submit किए गए Form को View कर देख सकते हैं।

नोट- जिस परीक्षार्थी का Registration/Examination Form भरे जाने के मद में निर्धारित शुल्क जमा होगा / रहेगा, उसका ही Examination Form का Edit/ View Option दिखाई देगा।

स्पष्टीकरण:-

शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण के किसी भी उपाधि की मान्यता के बिन्दु पर अथवा किसी उपाधि विशेष के समतुल्यता के बिन्दु पर किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद की स्थिति में राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (NCTE) के परामर्श से विभाग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

Bihar Board Inter Original Registration Card & Examination Form Fill Up Exam 2024: राज्य के +2 स्तर के मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान, इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने वाले सूचीकृत विद्यार्थियों, उनके अभिभावक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (माध्यमिक शिक्षा) एवं जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को सूचित किया जाता है कि इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने वाले नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के सूचीकृत सभी विद्यार्थियों का समिति द्वारा प्रकाशित विज्ञप्ति संख्या- पी०आर० 139/2023 पी०आर० 155/2023, पी0आर0 159 / 2023, पी0आर0 167 / 2023 एवं पी0आर0 182 / 2023 के माध्यम से डमी सूचीकरण प्रमाण पत्र जारी करते हुए उनमें परिलक्षित त्रुटियों के सुधार हेतु अवसर दिया गया था।

उक्त के आलोक में शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से डमी सूचीकरण प्रमाण पत्र में किये गये ऑनलाईन त्रुटियों के सुधार एवं परिमार्जन के उपरान्त समिति की वेबसाईट seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com पर विद्यार्थियों का मूल सूचीकरण प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही उक्त वेबसाईट पर इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 के परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र का प्रपत्र भी अपलोड कर दिया गया है। Bihar Board Inter Original Registration Card 2024

इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने वाले विद्यार्थियों के लिए दो प्रकार के आवेदन पत्र का प्रपत्र पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया गया है, जो निम्नवत् है

सत्र 2022 – 24 के लिए सूचीकृत नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थियों के लिए – यह प्रपत्र दो खण्डों यथा खण्ड – A एवं खण्ड-B में है । खण्ड – A में क्रमांक 01 से 17 तक विद्यार्थी का विवरण भरा हुआ है, जो विद्यार्थी के सूचीकरण विवरणों के आधार पर है। उसमें विद्यार्थी द्वारा कोई भी छेड़-छाड़ / परिवर्तन नहीं किया जाना है। विद्यार्थी द्वारा मात्र खण्ड – B में क्रमांक 18 से 35 तक के विवरणों को भरा जाना है।
सत्र 2022-24 के पूर्व के सत्रों के सूचीकृत एवं पात्र पूर्ववर्ती, कम्पार्टमेन्टल, समुन्नत एवं क्वालिफाईंग कोटि के विद्यार्थियों के लिए यह प्रपत्र एकीकृत (बिना खण्ड – A एवं खण्ड-B के) है, – जिसका उपयोग पूर्व सत्रों के सूचीकृत उन विद्यार्थियों के द्वारा किया जाना है, जो पूर्ववर्ती परीक्षार्थी, कम्पार्टमेन्टल परीक्षार्थी, समुन्नत परीक्षार्थी एवं क्वालिफाईंग परीक्षार्थी के रूप में इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होना चाहते हैं ।

Inter Original Registration Card & Examination Form

शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान समिति के उक्त वेबसाईट से मूल सूचीकरण प्रमाण पत्र एवं परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र का प्रपत्र डाउनलोड कर अपने संस्थान के विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। सभी विद्यार्थियों द्वारा सूचीकरण प्रमाण पत्र में अंकित विवरणी के अनुसार परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र भरकर दो प्रति में अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के पास जमा किया जाएगा। इसमें से एक प्रति पर शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अपना हस्ताक्षर, मुहर एवं तिथि अंकित करते हुए विद्यार्थियों को वापस कर देंगे, ताकि विद्यार्थियों के पास साक्ष्य के रूप में संधारित रहे ।

परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र की दूसरी प्रति शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के पास संधारित रहेगा। शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान विद्यार्थियों द्वारा जमा किये गए परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र में भरे गये विवरण के आधार पर अपने संस्थान में संधारित अभिलेख से भली-भाँति मिलान कर संतुष्ट हो लेंगे कि विद्यार्थियों द्वारा भरे गए विवरण सही हैं। तत्पश्चात् दिनांक 26.08.2023 से 09.09.2023 तक की अवधि में निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करते हुए ऑनलाईन परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र भरा जाना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। Bihar Board Inter Original Registration Card

विदित है कि इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2021 से नई विषय योजना लागू है। नई विषय योजना के तहत निम्नांकित कोटि के विद्यार्थी इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 में सम्मिलित होने की पात्रता रखते हैं :-

इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र 2022-24 के लिए नामांकित नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के सूचीकृत विद्यार्थी;
इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक / कम्पार्टमेन्टल – सह – विशेष परीक्षा, 2023 में उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी अपने किसीएक अथवा सभी विषयों (जिसमें उत्तीर्णता प्राप्त की है) में प्राप्त अंक को समुन्नत करना चाहें, समुन्नत कोटि के रूप में;
इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा सत्र 2021-23 के लिए सूचीकृत परीक्षार्थी अपने सभी विषयों की परीक्षा देने हेतु पूर्ववर्ती (Ex Regular) कोटि के रूप में;
सत्र 2021-23 के लिए सूचीकृत वैसे परीक्षार्थी, जो इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक / कम्पार्टमेन्टल – सह- विशेष परीक्षा, 2023 में सभी विषयों में सम्मिलित होकर अधिकतम दो विषयों में अनुत्तीर्ण रहें हों, कम्पार्टमेन्टल परीक्षार्थी के रूप में;
इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र 2020-22 के लिए सूचीकृत पूर्ववर्ती (Ex Regular) कोटि के परीक्षार्थी;
सत्र 2020-22 के लिए सूचीकृत वैसे परीक्षार्थी, जो इन्टरमीडिएट कम्पार्टमेन्टल – सह – विशेष परीक्षा, 2023 में सभी विषयों में सम्मिलित होकर अधिकतम दो विषयों में अनुत्तीर्ण रहें हों, कम्पार्टमेन्टल परीक्षार्थी के रूप में;
बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा आयोजित इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी, जो किसी एक अनुत्तीर्ण विषय अथवा जो विषय पूर्व से नहीं रखे हों-क्वालिफाईंग (Qualifying) परीक्षार्थी के रूप में;

परीक्षा शुल्क (Examination Fee) Bihar Board Inter Original Registration 2024

नोटः- आनलाईन शुल्क (रू. 30/-) शिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा रखा जाएगा, जिसका उपयोग शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा विधार्थी के आँनलाईन आवेदन भरने तथा उन्हें डमी/मूल/प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त कराने के मद में किया जाएगा।

इंटरमिडिएट, कला, वाणिज्य एवं व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के केवल नियमित (Regular) श्रेणी के SC, ST तथा EBC कोटि के विधार्थियों के द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क रु0 260/- (दो सौ साठ रुपये) नहीं दिया जाना है, चूँकि उन्हें इस शुल्क का भुगतान करने से छुट हैं।

समिति के पोर्टल पर परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन माध्यम से भरे जाने की प्रक्रिया:-

विगत कई वर्षो में कुछ विद्यार्थियों का सूचीकरण / परीक्षा आवेदन भरने के उपरांत निर्धारित शुल्क कतिपय शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा जमा नहीं किए गए हैं, जो अत्यंत चिंताजनक है। इसके कारण कई विद्यार्थियों क परीक्षाफल काफी अधिक समय तक लंबित रहता है, जो उचित नहीं है । इसलिए इस वर्ष से यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि जितने विद्यार्थियों का परीक्षा आवेदन भरा जाएगा, उतने विद्यार्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर निर्धारित शुल्क शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा प्रथमतः जमा किया जाएगा। इसके उपरांत ही परीक्षा आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। इसके लिए निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया का अनुपालन किया जाएगा-

समिति का पोर्टल http://seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com खोलेंगे।
तत्पश्चात् Click Here For Intermediate Annual Examination, 2024 पर क्लिक करेंगे।
क्लिक करने के उपरांत शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अपने यूजर आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड का उपयोग कर कॉलेज / +2 स्कूल को लॉग-इन करेंगे
लॉग-इन करने के उपरांत Exam Module पर क्लिक करेंगे तथा उसके बाद Exam Form पर क्लिक करेंगे।
Exam Form में Make Payment पर क्लिक करेंगे तत्पश्चात् Faculty (संकाय) तथा Category (Regular/Private/Ex/Improvement / Compartmental / Qualifying) का चयन कर उन्ही छात्रों का Payment करेंगे, जिनका परीक्षा फार्म भरना हों
Payment करने के उपरांत Exam Form / Payment Status पर जाएँगे, जिस आवेदन का Payment Success होगा, उसका ही Exam Form का Edit/ View Option दिखेगा। तत्पश्चात् Edit/View Option पर जाकर Verify करते हुए Exam Form सबमिट करेंगे।

नोट:- जिस परीक्षार्थी का Registration/Examination Form भरे जाने के मद में निर्धारित शुल्क जमा होगा/रहेगा, उसका ही Examination Form का Edit/View Option दिखाई देगा।

Education Qualification

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For AirForce and Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Note: Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination

Penalty for Wrong Answers

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Age limit

For IMA—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 2000 and not later than 1st January 2005 only are eligible.
For Indian Naval Academy—Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 2000 and not later than 1st January 2005 only are eligible.
For Air Force Academy— Candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1998 and not later than 1st January 2004 only are eligible.( 20 to 24 years)
For the Officers’ Training Academy—(SSC Course for men) unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2005 only are eligible.
For Officers’ Training Academy—They should have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2005.

Education Qualification

Candidates passed/appearing Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
