राज्य के वैसे इच्छुक छात्र, जिनका नामांकन उनके आवास से दूर के शिक्षण संस्थानों में हो गया है और ये अपने आवास से निकट के शिक्षण संस्थानों में इंटर में नामांकन लेना चाहते हैं, को सूचित किया जाता है कि वैसे छात्र OFSS के वेबसाइट (www.ofssbihar.in) पर अपने आस-पास के शिक्षण संस्थानों में उपलब्ध रिक्त की जानकारी प्राप्त कर लेंगे। इसके साथ ही विभिन्न +2 / इण्टर महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य स्पॉट नामांकन के लिए उपलब्ध रिक्त सीटों से संबंधित सूचना अपने कॉलेज के न्यूनतम तीन स्थलों पर प्रदर्शित करेंगे

स्पॉट नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक विद्यार्थी जिस संकाय एवं विषय में सीट रिक्त है, वहाँ नामांकन के लिए प्राचार्य से मिलकर अनुरोध करेंगे एवं संबंधित प्राचार्य रिक्त सीटों पर निर्धारित समयावधि में विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन ले सेंकेंगे। C.B.SE. CI.S.C.E एवं अन्य बोर्ड से उतीर्ण विद्यार्थी भी स्पॉट नामांकन करा सकते हैं।

OFSS नामांकन प्रक्रिया के तहत प्रथम / द्वितीय सूची में चयनित तथा नामांकित विद्यार्थी जिन्होनें नामांकन के पश्चात् स्लाईड-अप का विकल्प दिया था, लेकिन स्लाईड-अप वाले संस्थान में अंतिम रूप से नामांकन नहीं ले सके, ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनका पूर्व में लिया गया नामांकन स्वतः रदद हो गया है तथा उन्हें स्पॉट नामांकन के तहत नामांकन लेने के लिए फिर से ऑनलाईन आवेदन करना होगा, अन्यथा वे इण्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा 2025 में शामिल होने के योग्य नहीं होंगे।

इसी क्रम में सूचित किया जाता है कि वैसे शिक्षण संस्थान जहाँ कतिपय तकनीकी एवं अन्य कारणों से नामांकित विद्यार्थियों के नामांकन को ऑनलाईन अपडेशन नहीं किया जा सका है, वैसे विद्यार्थयों को भी स्पॉट नामांकन की अवधि के दौरान ऑनलाईन अपडेशन करने की सुविधा प्रदान की जायेगी।

यह भी सुचित किया जाता है कि स्पॉट नामांकन के तहत जिन विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय द्वारा ससमय अपडेट नही किया जा सका था. ये भी इस अवधि में अपडेट करने का कार्य सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

प्रत्येक दिन नामांकन के पश्चात् संबंधित विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय OFSS Portal पर प्रत्येक नामांकित विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन Update करेंगे तथा सभी नामांकित विद्यार्थियों का अंतिम रूप से ऑनलाईन अपडेशन दिनांक 11.11.2023 तक करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

समिति द्वारा ऐसे सभी नामांकित विद्यार्थियों को वर्ष 2025 में होने वाले वार्षिक उच्च माध्यमिक परीक्षा के लिए सुचीकरण किया जायेगा।

Bihar Deled Admission Form Online 2023-2025: दिनांक 05.06.2023 से 15.06.2023 तक की अवधि में आयोजित डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा में उतीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षाफल (Score Card) के आधार पर राज्य अन्तर्गत डी०एल०एड० कोर्स संचालित ERC NCTE से मान्यता प्राप्त एवं बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति से सम्बद्धता प्रदत्त सरकारी एवं निजी प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय में प्रशिक्षण सत्र 2023-25 में ऑनलाइन प्रणाली से नामांकन किये जाने की कारवाई की जा रही है। नामांकन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन एवं शुल्क तथा महाविद्यालय का विकल्प प्राथमिकता के आधार पर भरने हेतु दिनांक 30.10.2023 से 05.11.2023 तक की तिथि निर्धारित की गई है।

अतः उक्त कोटि के प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में डी०एल०एड० पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन हेतु इच्छुक एवं डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में सम्मिलित होकर उतीर्ण विद्यार्थी दिनांक 30.10.2023 से 05.11.2023 तक की अवधि में ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आवेदन करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। आवेदक द्वारा Common Application form (CAF) भरकर आवेदन पूर्ण किया जाएगा। निबंधित मोबाईल संख्या पर OTP डालने पर आवेदन स्वीकार होगा। आवेदक का आई.डी. उनका रौल नं. एवं पासवर्ड जन्म तिथि आधारित होगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन हेतु समिति का पोर्टल https://deledbihar.com उक्त अवधि में खुला रहेंगा।

आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee)

सामान्य वर्ग (General) / सामान्य रूप से कमजोर सामान्य वर्ग (EWS) / पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) / अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) : Rs. 500/-
अनुसुचित जाति (SC) / अनुसुचित जनजाति (ST) / दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थि के लिएः Rs. 350/-

भुगतान की विधिः परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking के माध्यम से भुगतान करने की अनुमति होगी। इसके अलावा अन्य कोई माध्यम से परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगाँ।

उम्र सीमा (Age Limit) 01 जनवरी 2023 के अनुसार

न्युनतम उम्रः 17 वर्ष
अधिकतम उम्रः N/A

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Education Qualification)

) उच्च माध्यमिक (10+2) अथवा उसके समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक से उतीर्ण हों। (Inter Passed)
) डी०एल०एड० संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2023 में इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में भाग लेने वाले परीक्षार्थी भी सम्मिलित हो सकेंगे, लेकिन नामांकन हेतु चयन इण्टरमीडिएट की वार्षिक परीक्षा में 50 प्रतिशत (आरक्षित श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को 05 प्रतिशत की छूट) अंक पाकर उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही होगा।
) अनुसुचित जाति, अनुसुचित जनजाति एवं दिव्यांग कोटि के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्युनतम निर्धारित अंकों में 05 % की छूट मिलेगी।

डी.एल.एड संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, प्रश्नो की संख्या एवं निर्धारित अंक

प्रवेश परीक्षा आनलाईन माध्यम (Computer Based Test) से आयोजित होगी। इस परीक्षा में कुल 120 प्रश्न होंगे जो वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगेः-

How to Apply Deled 2023 Form (कैसे आवेदन करें)

सबसे पहले आपको अधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://secondary.biharboardonline.com गुगल में खोलने हैं। Bihar Deled 2023 Notification Out
वेबसाइट पर आवेदन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया दो चरणों में पूर्ण होगी- (i) पंजीकरण, (ii) फार्म भरना
सबसे पहले आपको पंजीकरण करना होगा।
वेबसाइट पर आप Registration (New Candidate) पर क्लिक करें।
तत्पश्चात Initial Registration का पेज खुलेगा।
उस पेज पर Subject Applied for (i) Arts/Commerce (ii) Science चुनेंगे।
इसके बाद जिला, योग्यता, कोटि, लिंग, दिव्यांगता, अभ्यर्थी का नाम, जन्म तिथि, ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नम्बर अंकित कर Submit and Continue बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।
आवेदक को “Submit and Continue” बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले सावधानीपूर्वक भरे गये विवरणों की जांच करनी होगी।
पंजीकरण के बाद परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएंगी।
Submit करने के बाद ई-मेल एवं मोबाईल नंबर पर आवेदन संख्या (यूजर आई.डी.) एवं पासवर्ड भेजा जाएगा।
इस यूजर आई.डी. से आनलाईन फार्म को अंतिक तक भरने हैं।
शुल्क जमा करने के बाद फार्म को फाइनल भेज देने हैं।
अंत में फार्म का प्रिंट निकाल लेने हैं।

राज्य के सरकारी एवं निजी डी.एल.एड. कोर्स संचालित संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु अभ्यर्थीयों का चयन निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं के आधार पर की जाएगीः-

स्पाँट नामांकन (Spot Admission) हेतु निम्नांकित तीन श्रेणी के विधार्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैंः-

वैसे विधार्थी जिनका चयन किसी भी चयन सूची में नहीं हुआ है, अथवा
वैसे विधार्थी, जिन्होंने अभी तक OFSS के माध्यम से आनलाईन आवेदन नहीं दिया हैं, या
वैसे विधार्थी, जिन्होंने OFSS के माध्यम से चयन सूची में आवंटित संस्थान में चयन होने के पश्चात भी नामांकन नहीं लिया हैं।

स्पोट नामांकन (Spot Admission) के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया अपनाना होगा

वे जिस संस्थान में नामांकन लेना चाहते हैं, उसके संबंध में सर्वप्रथम OFSS पोर्टल पर जाकर उस संस्थान / संकाय के रिक्त सीटों की संख्या देख लें।
उसके पश्चात् OFSS पोर्टल पर अपना Barcode / Reference Number एवं मोबाईल नम्बर अंकित कर स्पॉट नामांकन (Spot Admission) हेतु अपना आवेदन पत्र प्रिंट आउट कर लें।
तत्पश्चात् वे जिन-जिन संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु फार्म जमा करना चाहते हैं. उसकी हस्ताक्षरित प्रति उन संस्थानों में दिनांक 10.08.2023 से 12.08.2023 तक जमा कर दें।
आवेदन जमा करने के पश्चात् संबंधित संस्थानों द्वारा आवेदन की जाँच करके स्पॉट नामांकन (Spot Admission) की सूची दिनांक 13.08.2023 को संबंधित संस्थान में प्रकाशित की जायेगी।
उसके पश्चात् जिस संस्थान में उनका नामांकन हेतु चयन होगा, उसमें उन्हें दिनांक 13.08.2023 से 15.08.2023 के बीच जाकर नामांकन ले लेना होगा। (vi) नामांकन लेने के पश्चात् संबंधित शिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा OFSS पोर्टल में नामांकन को 16.08.2023 तक Update किया जायेगा।
ऐसे आवेदकों को पुनः कोई आवेदन शुल्क देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

जो विद्यार्थी पूर्व में अपना आवेदन भर चुके है वे यदि उपरोक्त विद्यालयों/ महाविद्यालयों में नामांकन लेना चाहते है तो पुनः नये विकल्प के रूप में इन विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों का चयन कर सकते हैं. जिसके लिए उन्हें OFSS पोर्टल के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय के नाम को विकल्प के रूप में संशोधित करना होगा अर्थात शिक्षण संस्थानों के नाम को बदल सकते हैं। अपने विकल्प के लिए चयनित विद्यालयों/ महाविद्यालयों की सूची समिति के मोबाइल एप्प OFSS पर भी देखा जा सकता है।

जो विद्यार्थी पूर्व में अपना आवेदन भर चुके हैं, वे यदि उपरोक्त कण्डिका 5 के विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों में नामांकन हेतु विकल्प के रूप में चयन किये हैं, तो वे अपना विकल्प के रूप में इन विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों को छोड़कर अन्य विकल्प का चयन करते हुए निश्चित रूप से इसे बदल लें। विकल्प बदलने हेतु उन्हें OFSS पोर्टल के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय के नाम को विकल्प के रूप में संशोधन करना होगा, अर्थात् शिक्षण संस्थानों के नाम को बदलना होगा।

बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा तैयार किये गये OFSS मोबाईल एप्प को निम्नानुसार उपयोग किया जा सकता।

Login होने के उपरान्त अपना Common Application Form (CAF) देख सकते हैं तथा यदि इस Common Application Form (CAF) में किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि हो अथवा विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय का नाम बदलना हो तो OFSS पोर्टल पर जाकर वांछित संशोधन करें।

Eligible Criteria for TMBU Bhagalpur UG Admission Online 2023

B.A (Hons.)

If the Student has passed intermediate from ARTS Stream:

A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination (minimum 33%) with a minimum of 45% marks in the subject concerned shall be eligible for B. A (Hons.) course
OR
A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination (minimum 33%) with a minimum of 45% marks in the allied subject i.e. related subject shall be eligible for B. A (Hons.) course

If the Student has passed intermediate from Science Stream:

A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate shall be eligible for B. A (Hons.) course.
For studying B. A (Hons) in Mathematics or Statistics she must pass the Intermediate (+2) examination with a minimum 45%marks in Mathematics

If the Student has passed intermediate from Commerce Stream:

A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination with a minimum obtained mark of 45% in aggregate shall be eligible for B. A (Hons.) course.

Special Conditions:

For B.A (Hons) in Geography, Home Science, Music, or Psychology she must pass (minimum 33%) the Intermediate (+2) examination with the respective subject (45% marks)
A student cannot take his/her admission in B. A (Hons.) course on the basis of the marks obtained in Alternative subjects like English, Hindi, Maithili, Persian, Bangala, etc. having the full marks of fifty (50).
The subjects like Rural Economics & Cooperation, A.I.H. & Culture. I.R.P.M. and Gandhian Thought are not taught at the Intermediate (+2 ) level hence B.A. (Hons) in A.I.H. & Culture will be given to the students who have studied History at (+2) level. However. any (+2) passed (minimum 45% marks in aggregate) student can apply for the Subjects like Rural Economics & Cooperation. I.R.P.M. and Gandhian Thought.

B.Sc. (Hons.)

If the Student has passed intermediate from SCIENCE Stream:

A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination (minimum 33%) with a minimum of 45% marks in the subject concerned shall be eligible for the B.Sc. (Hons. ) course.
OR
A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination (minimum 33%) with a minimum of 45% marks in the allied subject i.e. related subject shall be eligible for B. A (Hons.) course
A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination (minimum 33%) with a Minimum 45% mark in the allied subject i.e. related subject shall be eligible for B.Sc. (Hons.) course

Special Conditions:

If s/he has studied that Paper as an additional paper but s/he is not having 45% marks. In that paper. Then s/he is not eligible for studying that paper at the Degree level.

a) She must have passed and secured a minimum of 45% in Biology to opt for Botany and Zoology.

b) For studying Mathematics or Statistics as an Honours paper. s/he must pass (minimum 33%) In Mathematics and Physic in the +2 examination with 45% marks in Mathematics.

c) For Physics as Honours. s/he must pass Physics and Mathematics at +2 level.

For Chemistry as Honours. s/he must pass Physics and Mathematics or Physics and Biology +2 level.

B.Com. (Hons.)

If the Student has passed intermediate from COMMERCE Stream:

A student who has passed (minimum 33% ) in the Intermediate (+2) Examination with a Minimum obtained marks of 45% in Commerce subject or a group of subjects shall be Eligible for B.Com. (Hons.) course.

If the Student has passed intermediate from Science Stream:

A student who has passed the Intermediate (+2) examination in Science with a minimum Of 50% in aggregate shall be eligible for B.Com. (Hons.) course.

Any Student who has passed intermediate from the Arts Stream stream shall not be eligible for B.Com. (Hons.) course
