Applications are being received on the portal:- https://medhasoft.bihar.gov.in/SNATAK/pms/MainDefault.aspx for giving a lump sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) only as incentive allowance to all categories of girl students who have passed graduation from the affiliated degree colleges/technical institutes of the state and recognized by the government. The last date for application is fixed till 05.09.2025.

Important Dates of Bihar Graduation Kanya Utthan 2025

• Apply Online Start Date: August 2025
• Last Date Apply Online: September 2025

राज्य के अंगीभूत एवं सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त संबद्ध डिग्री महाविद्यालयों / तकनीकी संस्थानों से स्नातक उत्तीर्ण सभी कोटि के छात्राओं को प्रोत्साहन भत्ता के रूप में एकमुश्त रु० 50,000/- (पचास हजार रुपये) मात्र दिये जाने हेतु पोर्टल: https://medhasoft.bihar.gov.in/SNATAK/pms/MainDefault.aspx पर आवेदन प्राप्त किया जा रहा है। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 05. 09.2025 तक निर्धारित है। इस योजना का लाभ उन्हीं छात्राओं को देय होगा, जो निम्न शर्त पूर्ण करती है:-

1. बिहार राज्य के स्थायी निवासी हो।
2. राज्य के अंदर अवस्थित अंगीभूत अथवा मान्यता प्राप्त संबद्ध डिग्री महाविद्यालयों / तकनीकी संस्थानों से स्नातक / स्नातक समकक्ष उत्तीर्णता की तिथि 01.04.2021 से 31.12.2024 के बीच हो।
3. लाभुक का खाता बिहार राज्य में अवस्थित राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक, मान्यता प्राप्त निजी बैंक अथवा इंडिया पोस्टल पेमेंट बैंक के किसी शाखा में होना चाहिए।
4. पात्र छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि जिनका भी आधार बैंक खाता से सीडेड (DBT के लिए) नहीं है, वो बैंक से तुरंत सम्पर्क करें। आधार सिडींग और खाता से आधार लिंक अलग-अलग चीजे है। जिनका भी बैंक खाता आधार के साथ सीडेड नहीं होगा, उनका भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।
5. यदि पात्र लाभुक दिनांक 05.09.2025 तक अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं कराते है, तो यह समझा जाएगा कि वे योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए इच्छुक नहीं है तथा दिनांक 05.09.2025 के पश्चात् उन्हें अलग से मौका नहीं दिया जाएगा।

• Click on the URL medhasoft.bih.nic.in/MKUYSnatak2021/PMS/StudentRegistration.aspx
• Enter Your University Registration Number
• Enter Father’s Name.
• Enter the Marksheet Number as per your mark sheet.
• Click on the Get Detail Button.
• The valid student name will be displayed. If you find the details are correct, then click on the proceed button; otherwise, contact the university for any discrepancies.
• Verify your Aadhaar by providing the required information (ie, Aadhaar Number, Gender, DOB, Name on Aadhaar).
• Verify Mobile using SMS-based OTP Authentication.
• Verify Email using email-based OTP Authentication.
• Enter your bank account details (ie, IFSC Code, Account Number).
• Enter Your Residential/Domicile Details (ie, Residential Cert Number, Issued Date, Issued by).
• Click on the Register Button.
