20 फीसदी महिला ड्राइवरों की भर्ती

• उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम भर्ती में 3000 हजार से ज्यादा पदों को भरा जाएगा। यह भर्ती के लिए संविदा पर बस कंडक्टर भर्ती के लिए टेंडर जारी कर दिया गया है, तथा कुछ पदों के लिए आयोग द्वारा बहुत जल्द ही विज्ञापन जारी किया जायेगा। तीस साल बाद उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम बस वर्कशॉप में नए कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करेगा। सभी पदों पर भर्ती के लिए शासन स्तर से पत्र के माध्यम से अनुमति मिल गई है।
• इस नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में नियमित और संविदा दोनों तरह के आवेदकों को मौका मिलेगा। इस साल यूपी रोडवेज भर्ती में बॉडी मैकेनिक से लेकर पेंटर और टेक्निक इंजीनियर समेत आईटी सेक्टर के लोगों को मौका दिया जाएगा।
• प्रदेश भर में बस चालकों की भर्ती में 20 फीसदी महिला ड्राइवरों की भर्ती का फैसला लिया गया है। आपको बता दें की प्रदेश रोडवेज में 50 से ज्यादा संविदा महिला चालक तैनात है। इनमें से कई भी महिलाएं बस संचालित कर रही हैं।
