Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Walking	1600 Meters in 15 minutes	1 KM in 20 minutes
Cycling	8 km. in 30 minutes	03 km. in 25 minutes

Physical Standard Test (PST)

The minimum physical standard for the post of Havaldar in CBIC and CBN are as follows:-

UR/OBC/EWS/SC Candidate: 157.5 CMS ST, Garhwalis, Assamese: 150.5 CMS	Unexpanded: 76 CMS Minimum Expansion: 5 CMS

Female

Height	Weight
UR/OBC/EWS/SC Candidates: 152 cms ST, Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas: 149.5 cms	48 kg

PET/ PST will be conducted by CBIC / CBN at various centers finalized by them. The candidates may be called for PET/ PST at any center across the country.
