The posts of Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR). The recruitment process will consist of Computer-Based Examination (CBE), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination and Document Verification.

Payment Mode: Pay the application fee through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Age limit as of 01-01-2026

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 23 years
• The age of the candidate must be 18-23 years as on 01-01-2026 (i.e., candidates born not before 02-01-2003 and not later than 01-01-2008).

• for OBC Candidates: 03 Years

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must have passed the Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognised board or university.

Computer-Based Examination: The computer-based examination will consist of one objective-type paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 marks each, with the following composition:-

 Selection Process

Selection Process: The recruitment process will consist of a Computer-Based Examination (CBE), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), a Medical Examination (DME/RME), and a Document Verification.

Pay Scale

Pay Level -1 (Rs 18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NCB and Pay Level 3 (₹21,700/- to ₹ 69,100/-) for all other posts.
