JP University 1st Merit List 2025 Out for UG Admission: The enrollment process for the undergraduate session 2023-27 in Jaiprakash University has now reached its final stage. The merit list is being prepared on the basis of online applications received by the university. The merit list will be released for enrollment by Saturday. After this, the enrollment process will start on Monday.

Let us tell you that the students applied for enrollment in graduation till June 15. As soon as the application process closed, the work of preparing the merit list was started, which is now in the final stage. Prof Rana Vikram Singh, Chairman of the Student Welfare Department of the University, informed that the work on the merit list is going on at war footing and it will be released by Saturday.

After this, enrollment in degree colleges will start from Monday. Application started from April 25 The process of online application for undergraduate enrollment started from April 25. Initially, the last date for application was fixed as May 10, which was extended first to May 20, then May 30 on the instructions of the Vice Chancellor. Meanwhile, many degree colleges got recognition.

UG Science

Candidates who have passed the intermediate I.Sc or +2 Science Stream only of Bihar School Examination Board or equivalent examinations offered by other approved National/ State Boards.

UG Commerce

Candidates who have passed the intermediate examination I.A./I.Sc./I.Com. or +2 of the Bihar School Examination Board or an equivalent examination offered by other approved National/ State Boards.

UG Arts

Candidates who have passed intermediate examination I.A./I.Sc./I.Com. or +2 of Bihar School Examination Board or equivalent examination offered by other approved National/ State Boards.

नमांकन प्रपत्र (ADMISSION FORM) को भरने हेतु महत्वपूर्ण सूचना एवं निर्देशः

  1. छात्रों को प्रवेश के लिए अपना व्यक्तिगत ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करना होगा और साइबर सेंटर का ईमेल आईडी उपयोग न करें।
  2. फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, ABC ID, मार्कशीट, जाति प्रमाण पत्र व अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज स्कैन कर तैयार रखें।
  3. अपनी व्यक्तिगत ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करें और उस पर भेजे गए OTP से सत्यापन करें।
  4. यदि ABC ID पहले से नहीं बनाया है तो DigiLocker के माध्यम से अपनी ABC ID बनाएं। यहां क्लिक करें|
  5. व्यक्तिगत, शैक्षणिक और पाठ्यक्रम से संबंधित विवरण 4 आसान चरणों में भरें।
  6. प्रथम चरण पूरा करने पश्चात ही अगले चरण में जाएं और इसी तरह क्रमशः अगले चरणों के लिए बढ़े।
  7. आवेदन प्रक्रिया के दौरान सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें।
  8. अपनी जानकारी की समीक्षा करें , यदि सब कुछ सही है तो फॉर्म जमा करे और सत्यापित करे जिससे प्रक्रिया पूरी हो सके ।
  9. सत्यापन के बाद प्रति फॉर्म आवेदन शुल्क ₹500/- का भुगतान ऑनलाइन मोड में करें और भुगतान की प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
  10. अधूरे आवेदन पत्र अस्वीकृत कर दिए जाएंगे।
  11. यदि आपके दस्तावेज़ों में कोई त्रुटि पाई जाती है, तो आपका प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है।

Under Graduation Admission Form Fillup Instructions

  1. Students have to use their own personal Email Id and Mobile Number for admission Purpose and Do not use the Cyber Centre email Id.
  2. Please keep a scanned copy of your photo, signature, ABC ID, Marksheet, Caste Certificate, and other required documents ready before starting the login process.
  3. Enter your email ID, and verify it using the OTP sent to your email ID.
  4. Create your ABC ID using Digi locker with your Aadhar number if not created earlier. Click here
  5. Fill out personal, academic, a nd course details in 4 simple steps.
  6. Step 1 must be completed before moving to Step 2, and so on for the next steps.
  7. Upload all required documents during the application.
  8. Review your details; if it is correct, then submit your form application and save the confirmation to complete the process.
  9. After the confirmation, complete your payment process of Rs 500/- per form charge and complete the payment process online.
  10. Incomplete application forms will be rejected.
  11. Your admission will be rejected if any of your document is found inappropriate at any time.

  • Payment Receipt.
  • Matric/10th Marks Sheet and Certificate for Verification of D.O.B. (Original).
  • Intermediate/12th Marks Sheet (Original / DigiLocker).
  • SLC/CLC Certificate (Original).
  • Certificate related to reserved category, including Physically Challenged (more than 40%) and E.W.S. (if applicable).
  • Affidavit from Notary for Gap Year (if applicable).
  • Four Recent Coloured passport-size Photographs.
  • Aadhar Card.

Admission will be done on 42 thousand 663 seats. Four CGPA is also important based on the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). Yearly B.A, B.Sc., and B.Com courses have been divided into eight semesters. Admission in Semester One at the university is being done on the basis of marks obtained in the Intermediate (12th). Under the university, admission will be taken for about 42 thousand 663 seats in 20 constituent and 13 affiliated colleges of Chhapra, Siwan, and Gopalganj.

NOTE :

  • One set of photocopies of the above certificates arranged in the above order.
  • Report with all documents to the selected college from 23.06.2025 to 30.06.2025 during working hours; after this period, this letter will be invalid.
