Important Dates of IGNOU July 2025 Admission Form – Apply Online

• Online Apply Start Date: 07 June 2025
• Submitted the Application Form Last Date: 15 July 2025, 31 July 2025

Further extension of the last date for July 2025 Fresh Admission The Competent Authority has approved the extension of the last date for July 2025 Fresh Admission till 15th July, 2025 in respect of all notified programmes offered in ODL and Online mode (except for Semester-based and Certificate Programmes). This is to inform you that the Competent Authority has approved the extension of the last date for Re-registration for the July 2025 session. The new deadline is 31st July 2025, and it applies to all programmes offered in both ODL and Online modes.

IGNOU July 2025 Admission Registration Fee, Cancellation of Admission, and Refund of Fee

1. The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
2. The fee paid shall be refunded before confirmation of admission.
3. An amount equivalent to 15% of the programme fee, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 2,000/-, will be deducted from the fee paid in case the cancellation request is received after the confirmation of admission.
4. In case a student has opted for a soft copy of the study material, the fee paid will be refunded after deducting the Registration fee only.
5. If a cancellation request is received from a student who has availed fee exemption and has paid only the Registration fee and Development fee, only the Development fee will be refunded.
6. No Refund of the fee will be admissible after 60 days of the closing date of the admissions.

Eligibility Criteria of IGNOU July 2025 Admission Form – Apply Online

Undergraduate (UG) Courses

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: No upper age limit.

Postgraduate (PG) Courses

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in the relevant stream from a recognized university.

• Age Limit: No upper age limit.

Diploma & PG Diploma Courses

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation, depending on the program.

Instructions to Fill the Application Form Online

1. If you are a first-time applicant, you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme, and carefully read the details of the programme, including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
2. You are also requested to download the Common Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the University as mentioned in the Common Prospectus. 
   1. Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill in the required registration details.
   2. Remember, while choosing your User Name, it must be between 8 to 16 characters.
   3. While choosing your password, it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
   4. After filling in the mandatory information, click the “SUBMIT” button.
      1. Your username will be instantly sent to you via email and SMS.
3. Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
4. If you have already registered, i.e, you are an existing user, click the “LOGIN” button.

Important Documents for IGNOU July 2025 Admission Form – Apply Online

1. Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB).
2. Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB).
3. Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB).
4. Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB).
5. Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB).

How to Apply Step by Step IGNOU July 2025 Admission Form – Apply Online

Step 1: Go to the Official Website https://www.ignou.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the Admission Portal https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Step 3: Click on Login and enter the login credentials.

Step 4: Filling Up of Application.

Step 5: Complete the application process by selecting the position for which you are applying and uploading the required documents.

Step 6: CLICK the PREVIEW Button to view the details entered.

Step 7: Print out their Application Form, then Submit Their Related College.
