IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: IDBI Bank Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ & Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract). Qualified candidates are scheduled to be selected for a total of 2100 posts. Whose official notification has also been issued by the Commission. Let us tell you that the candidates participating in this recruitment must have a graduation degree. The minimum age should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 25 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per rules.

Education Qualification

• Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO): A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.

Selection Process

• i) Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’:- The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
• ii) Executive –Sales and Operations (ESO):- The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

• 10 वीं की मार्कशीट (10^th mark sheet)
• 12 वीं की मार्कशीट (12^th mark sheet)
• ग्रेजुएशन की मार्कशीट (Graduation mark sheet)

Pay Scale

Junior Assistant Manager:

• 6.14 – 6.50 lakh per annum (for Class A city)

Executive :

• For the first year: Rs 29,000 per month.
• For the second year: Rs 31,000 per month.
