BPSC 71st Pre Exam 2025: Apply Online for Bihar PCS Exam: In the light of the vacancies received for different services/cadres from the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar and various departments of the Government, vacancies of 1250 posts have been received from various departments for the integrated 71st Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination and other competitive examinations.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred) as Biometric fee for each examination (i.e. 71 CCE / FAO) and the following category-wise fee is to be deposited separately for each examination (i.e. 71 CCE / FAO):-

• General/EWS Candidates: Rs. 600/-
• OBC/BC/EBC Candidates: Rs. 600/-
• All Other States Candidates: Rs. 600/-
• SC/ST/PH Candidates of Bihar: Rs. 150/-
• The Female Candidates of Bihar: Rs. 150/-

Payment Mode: Pay the application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Or UPI fee mode only.

• Minimum Age: 21 & 22 (Difference post-wise)
• Maximum Age: 37 Years (UR-Male)
• Maximum Age: 40 Years (UR-Female)
• Maximum Age: 40 Years (BC/EBC Male/Female)

Education Qualification

71वी संयुक्त (प्रारंभिक) प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा: मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक अथवा समतुल्य परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है।

वित्तीय प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारी एवं समकक्ष: किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या उससे संबद्ध संस्थान से वाणिज्य, अर्थशास्त्र, गणित या सांख्यिकी में से किसी एक विषय में स्नातक डिग्री प्राप्त होना अनिवार्य होगा।

Preliminary Examination (Prelims)

• Type: Objective (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Subject: General Studies
• Marks: 150 Marks
• Duration: 2 hours
• Qualifying Nature: Marks are not counted in the final merit; only for shortlisting candidates for the Mains.

Mains Examination

Type: Descriptive (Written Exam)

Papers:

• General Hindi – 100 Marks (Qualifying)
• General Studies Paper 1 – 300 Marks
• General Studies Paper 2 – 300 Marks
• Optional Subject – 300 Marks (Candidate chooses one from the list)

Total Marks for Merit: 900 Marks (excluding General Hindi)

Interview

• Marks: 120 Marks
• Eligibility: Only candidates who qualify Mains are called for the Interview.
• Focus: Personality, general knowledge, current affairs, and subject expertise.

How to BPSC One Time Registration (OTR) 2025

• BPSC की विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग के वेबसाईट https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in पर One Time Registration (OTR) करना अनिवार्य है।
• OTR करने के लिए अभ्यर्थी New user Registration Button पर Click करेंगे।
• भविष्य में आयोग द्वारा प्रकाशित होने वाले सभी विज्ञापनों हेतु उक्त OTR ही मान्य होगा।
• OTR किसी भी परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन नहीं है। यह केवल आवेदकों से जानकारी एकत्र करना और प्रत्येक आवेदक को अपनी प्रोफाइल बनाए रखने की सुविधा के लिए एक अलग डैशबोर्ड देना है।
• OTR करने के लिए वैध सक्रिय ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य है। अपने ईमेल के Inbox या Spam में अपना ईमेल OTP देखे।
• जो उम्मीदवार BPSC द्वारा विज्ञापित किसी भी परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें OTR में दिए गए पासवर्ड का ही उपयोग होगा।
• एक से अधिक OTR पंजीकरण की अनुमति नहीं है। इससे आपका आवेदन अस्वीकृत/रद्द हो सकता है।
• जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने पूर्व में ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से आवेदन करते समय One Time Registration (OTR) कराया है, वे भी नए पोर्टल पर नये सिरे से OTR प्रक्रिया पूरी करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
• ऑनलाइन आवेदन के डैशबोर्ड तक पहुंचने के लिए अभ्यर्थी अपने मोबाईल नं./ ईमेल आई.डी. एवं अभ्यर्थी द्वारा बनाये गये पासवर्ड से URL: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login पर Login करेंगे।

नोट:-
(i) OTR के क्रम में भरे गये अभ्यर्थी का नाम, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम, लिंग, आधार व जन्मतिथि में परिवर्तन और सुधार करने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं होगा।

(ii) आवेदक को आवेदन करने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज अनिवार्य रूप से अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता होगी, जिसे Digilocker Account के माध्यम से अपलोड किया जा सकता है।

How to Apply Step by Step BPSC 71st Pre Exam 2025

1. आवेदक का Profile Create होने के बाद New Application Tab में सारी On going/Active Advertisements दिखेगा, जिसमें View Button पर Click करने के बाद Check Advertisement Criteria पर Click करते हुए आगे की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करेंगे एवं Submit & Pay Fees पर Click करके Payment की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करेंगे।
2. Application Form एवं Payment की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने पर My Account Tab पर Click करने के बाद आवेदक द्वारा Apply किये गये Advertisements दिखेंगे, जिसके Action Column में Application Form Print, Cancel Application, Pay Now (अगर Payment नहीं हुआ है), Payment History का विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा।
3. यदि किसी आवेदक के Application Form में किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि होती है, तो वे अपना आवेदन Cancel करके नए सिरे से Application Form भरना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
4. अभ्यर्थी का नाम, जन्म तिथि, कोटि, परीक्षा शुल्क इत्यादि से संतुष्ट होने के उपरान्त ही ऑनलाइन शुल्क जमा करेंगे।
5. ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अंकित E-mail Id एवं Mobile Number को सुरक्षित रखना आवेदक की जिम्मेवारी होगी। इसे वे अंतिम परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन तक सुरक्षित रखेंगे। अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के क्रम में अपने ही कार्यरत मोबाईल नम्बर एवं ई-मेल आई०डी० अंकित करेंगे। किसी भी परिस्थिति में किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का मोबाईल नम्बर एवं ई-मेल आई०डी० अंकित नहीं करेंगे।
6. इन्टरनेट या बैंकिग व्यवधान के लिए आयोग उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। अतः अभ्यर्थी अंतिम तिथियों का इंतजार नहीं करेंगे एवं उसके पूर्व ही सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेंगे।
7. अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय अपनी स्पष्ट (अच्छी) तस्वीर Webcam के माध्यम से खींच कर अपलोड करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
8. अभ्यर्थी हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी में हस्ताक्षर स्कैन कर ऑनलाइन आवेदन में निर्धारित स्थान में अपलोड करेंगे। उम्मीदवार संतुष्ट हो लेंगे कि अपलोड किया गया हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी हस्ताक्षर का इमेज सुस्पष्ट है।
9. इस प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी निर्देश दिया जाता है कि अद्यतन फोटोग्राफ की चार प्रतियाँ वे अपने पास सुरक्षित रखेंगे, ताकि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर या आयोग द्वारा मांगे जाने पर उसे उनके द्वारा जमा किया जा सके।
