Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025 Online Form for SC, ST, BC, and EBC: The date from 25.08.2025 to 25.09.2025 has been fixed for inviting online applications through PMS portal (https://scstpmsonline.bihar.gov.in for students of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category, https://pmsonline.bihar.gov.in for students of Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class and https://instpmsonline.bihar.gov.in for concerned educational institutions) for the academic year 2024-25 under “Scheduled Caste Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme” and “Scheduled Tribe Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme”, “Chief Minister Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme” and “Chief Minister Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme-2024”.

Reasons for Rejection of Applications on the Portal?
- Not a Resident of Bihar.
- It does not belong to the BC, EBC, SC, and ST categories as approved by the Government of Bihar.
- If not, the bona fide student of the applied institution.
- I am not a registered institution and am not studying in a Government Competent Body-approved institution as per the department’s norms.
- Incorrect Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, and income not under the specified limit of the scheme.
- Upload of caste and income certificate.
- Incorrect course and year of study.
- If the Student did not upload all documents, like the Student Photo, Fide Certificate, and Caste Certificate. Residence Certificate, Income Certificate.
- Student’s Previous Degree, Previous Exam Marks Sheet.
- Invalid Bank Account details or not in the name of the student.
How to Apply for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025 Online Form for SC, ST, BC, and EBC
Step 1: Registration through the official website https://pmsonline.bihar.gov.in/bcebcpms2425/pms/pms_online/Default.aspx
Step 2: Click on Login and enter the login credentials.
Step 3: Filling out the Application.
Step 4: Complete the application process by selecting the position for which applying.
Step 5: CLICK the PREVIEW Button to view the details entered.
Step 6: Print Out their Application Form.
Important Instructions for Students and Institutions
1. सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि वो अपना SMS, Email तथा PMS Portal पर अपने आवदेन की स्थिति निरंतर देखते रहें तदनुसार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर जरुरी संसोधन अवश्य करें।
2. आपके द्वारा अपलोड किए गए जाति, आय और निवास प्रमाण पत्र के सफल सत्यापन के बाद ही पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना की राशि दी जाएगी।
3. सभी छात्र / छात्राओं यदि आप कोई भी दस्तावेज प्रदान करने में विफल रहते हैं या आपके द्वारा प्रदान किए गए दस्तावेज गलत पाए जाते हैं, तो लॉग इन कर फिर से सही दस्तावेज संख्या एवं दस्तावेज अपडेट करे।
4. सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि अपने आधार संख्या एवं जन्म तिथि के माध्यम से आवदेन की स्थिति निरंतर जाँच करते रहें, यदि आपका रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध ना हो तो पुनः आवेदन करें
5.सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं से अनुरोध है कि अपने आधार संख्या को अपने बैंक खाते से DBT के लिए Seeded करवायें तथा सुनिश्चित करे की बैंक द्वारा आधार के साथ सही अकाउंट Seed किया गया है अन्यथा Scholarship की राशि नहीं मिलेगी।
6. छात्र को संस्थान में आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी जमा करने की आवश्यकता है।
7. आधार के साथ बैंक खाता सीडिंग की स्थिति UIDAI की साइट से जांच कर लें।
