Bihar BPSC Primary and High School Headmaster Recruitment 2024: बिहार शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत प्राथमिक विद्यालय एवं उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में भर्ती की विज्ञापन जारी किया गया है। प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में प्रधान शिक्षक के कुल 40247 पदों पर एवं उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में प्रधानाध्यापक के 6061 पदों पर नियुक्ति हेतु सुयोग्य भारतीय उम्मीदवारों से विहित प्रपत्र में ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

Age Limit
For Primary School: Head Teacher –
- Minimum Age: N/A
- Minimum Age: 58 Years
For High School: Head Master –
- Minimum Age: 31 Years
- Minimum Age: 47 Years (UR-Male)
- Maximum Age: 50 Years (UR-Female)
- Maximum Age: 50 Years (BC/ EBC-Male & Female)
- Maximum Age: 52 Years (SC/ ST-Male & Female)

Education Qualification
- 50% अंकों के साथ पीजी की डिग्री।
- शिक्षक भारत का नागरिक और बिहार राज्य का निवासी हो।
- अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग, पिछड़ा वर्ग, दिव्यांग महिला और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम निर्धारित अंक में 5% की छूट दी जाएगी।
- मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से बी.एड, बीए.एड या बीएससी.एड पास हो।
- वर्ष 2012 या उसके बाद नियुक्त शिक्षक हेतु शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में पास हो।
- राज्य सरकार के विद्यालय में पंचायती राज संस्था एवं नगर निकाय संस्था अंतर्गत माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 8 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा हो।
- सीबीएसई, आईसीएसई, बीएसईबी से अस्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में माध्यमिक शिक्षा के पद पर न्यूनतम 12 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा हो।
- राज्य सरकार के विद्यालय में पंचायती राज संस्था और नगर निकाय संस्था के अंतर्गत उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 4 वर्ष की का अनुभव हो।
- सीबीएसई, आई सी एस ई, बीएसईबी से अस्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षा के पद पर न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष का अनुभव हो।

Selection Process
- लिखित परीक्षा वस्तुनिष्ठ एवं बहुविकल्पीय (MCQ Objective) आधारित होगी। परीक्षा की अवधि 2.30 घंटे की होगी। पश्नों की संख्या 150 , भाग -I -75 एवं भाग – II-75 अंक का प्रश्न होगा। प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा। गलत उत्तर के लिए ऋणात्मक अंक (Negative Marking) का प्रावधान नहीं है। उक्त लिखित परीक्षा हेतु पुनर्मूल्यांकन का प्रावधान नहीं है।
