India Post Office GDS 1st Merit List 2025 for 21,413 Posts: The India Post Office GDS has recently uploaded the 1st Merit List to recruit India Post Office GDS Recruitment Online Form 2025. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs) [i.e. Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)/Dak Sevaks] in different offices of the Department of Posts. The details of the vacant posts are given in Annexure-I. The applications are to be submitted online at the following link https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC & ST Candidates: 05 Years
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 03 Years
  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): No Age Relaxation
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 Years
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) + OBC: 13 Years
  • Disabilities (PwD) + SC/ST: 15 Years

Education Qualification

 

• Candidates passed class 10th (Matric) from a recognized board.

Other Qualification

• Knowledge of computers.
• Knowledge of cycling.
• Adequate means of livelihood.
