UPSC ESIC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024: The Union Public Service Commission has recently invited the online application form for the UPSC (male/female) Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024 in Employees State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour & Employment. Education Qualification
(A) (i) B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognised University or Institute; or Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; and
(ii) Registered as a nurse or nurse and midwife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife) with the State Nursing Council.
OR
(B) (i) Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wifery from a recognised Board of Council; and
(ii) Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife) with the State Nursing Council;

Selection Process
A pen & paper-based Recruitment Test (RT) to short-list the candidates for recruitment to the post of Nursing Officer shall be conducted by the Commission on 07-07-2024. 100% weightage will be accorded for the Recruitment Test.Â
Scheme of Examination
- (i) The test will be of two hours duration
- (ii) All questions will carry equal marks.
- (iii) The test will be objective-type questions with multiple choices of answers.
- (iv) The medium of the test will be English.
- (v) There will be a penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
