Education Qualification

1) Head Constable RO (Radio Operator)

• Pass in Intermediate or 12h standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized Board University or Institution as a regular student with aggregate 60% marks in PCM subjects.

OR

• Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board and two years Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in Radio and Television or, Electronics or, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant or, Data Preparation & Computer Software or, General Electronics or, Data Entry Operator from a recognized Institute.

2) Head Constable RM (Radio Mechanic)

• Pass in Intermediate or 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized Board University or Institution as a regular student with aggregate 60% marks in PCM subjects.

OR

• Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board and two-year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in Radio and Television or, General Electronics, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Data Preparation & Computer Software or, Electrician or, Fitter or, Info Technology & Electronics System maintenance or, Common Equipment Maintenance or, Computer Hardware or, Network Technician or, Mechatronics or, Data Entry Operator from a recognized Institute.

  • After getting selected for 1312 posts of BSF, the candidate will get a salary on the basis of level-4 in the seventh pay scale of Rs 25500 81100. Under this, in hand salary will be Rs 45,800
