Bihar Deled Second Spot Admission 2022-24: सूचित किया जाता है कि राज्य के डी.एल.एड. कोर्स संचालित प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2022-24 में नामांकन हेतु आयोजित संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा, 2022 के आधार पर समिति से प्रसारित विभिन्न विज्ञप्तियों के माध्यम से आनलाईन आवेदन प्राप्त करने तथा तीन चरणों में चयन सूची प्रकाशित कर दिनांक 17.12.2022 तक नामांकन की कार्रवाई की गयी है। अद्यतन नामांकन उपरांत रिक्त रह गए सीट पर दिनांक 14.01.2023 तक स्पॉट प्रक्रिया से नामांकन की कार्रवाई की गई है। इसके बावजूद राज्य के संस्थानों में स्वीकृत सीटों के विरुद्ध कतिपय सीट रिक्त रह गए है।

द्वितीय स्पॉट नामांकन हेतु निम्न श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे –

  1. वैसे अभ्यर्थी, जिन्होने पूर्व में अपना ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र (Common Application Form) एवं परीक्षा शुल्क जमा नहीं किया था. अथवा
  2. वैसे अनार्थी, जिनके द्वारा CAF (Common Application Form) एवं शुल्क ऑनलाईन जमा किया गया, है, किन्तु उनका चयन किसी भी चयन सूची में अथवा प्रथम स्पॉट नामांकन अन्तर्गत नहीं हुआ है, अथवा
  3. वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने प्रथम चयन सूची, द्वितीय चयन सूची एवं तृतीय चयन सूची में आवंटित संस्थान में चयन होने अथवा प्रथम स्पॉट नामांकन की प्रक्रियान्तर्गत चयन होने के पश्चात् भी नामांकन नहीं लिया है।
  4. जारी की गई प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय चयन सूची के आलोक में आवंटित महाविद्यालयों में अथवा प्रथम स्पॉट नामाकन में नामांकित अभ्यर्थी द्वितीय स्पॉट नामांकन के लिये पात्र नहीं है।

  • वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने पूर्व में (Common Application Form) एवं शुल्क ऑनलाइन जमा किया है ये समिति पोर्टल पर जाकर अपना चारकोड / Reference Number डालकर स्पॉट नामांकन हेतु अपना CAF डाउनलोड कर लें।
  • वैसे इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी जिनके द्वारा पूर्व में आवेदन पत्र (Common Application Form) नहीं भरा गया है, वे सर्वप्रथम समिति के पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन विधि से अपना आवेदन पत्र एवं निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करेंगे तथा CAF की प्रति डाउनलोड करेंगे।

महाविद्यालय प्रधान के द्वारा उनके यहाँ प्राप्त होने वाले सभी आवेदना की पंजी संधारित की जाएगी. जिसमें आवेदन की प्राप्ति संख्या भी अनिवार्य रूप से अंकित की जाएगी प्राप्ति संख्या क्रमिक आगामी तिथियों में क्रमिक रूप से बढ़ती जाएंगी, अर्थात् आवेदन प्राप्ति हेतु निर्धारित द्वितीय एवं आगामी तिथियों को प्राप्ति संख्या 01 से शुरू न कर उस संख्या से शुरू की जाएगी, जो पूर्व की तिथि की अंतिम प्राप्तिnसंख्या के तुरंत बाद है।

अभ्यर्थी से आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होने पर महाविद्यालय द्वारा सरक्षण ही उसे आवेदन पत्र की छायाप्रति पर आवेदन की प्राप्ति (Receiving) दी जाएगी। आवेदन की छायाप्रति पर Receiving के साथ-साथ आवेदन प्राप्ति संख्या भी अनिवार्य रूप से अंकित करना सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

JNV Selection Test for admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2023-24 will be held On Saturday, 29th April 2023 at 11.30 A.M.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are bonafide residents of the district and studying in class V in the academic session 2022-23 in Govt. a recognized school in the same district where JNV is functioning and to which they are seeking admission.



Age limit

  • Students born between 01.05.2011 to 30.04.2013 (Both dates inclusive).

Composition of the Test

The selection test will be of two-hour duration from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm and will have 3 sections with only objective-type questions. There are 80 questions in all for 100 marks.

उक्त परीक्षा दो विषय (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) को होगी तथा दो पाली में आयोजित की जायेगी। प्रथम पाली में हिन्दी विषय (100 अंक) एवं द्वितीय पाली में अंग्रेजी विषय (100 अंक) की परीक्षा होगी। दोनों विषयों (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) में 50 अंक के वस्तुनिष्ठप्रश्न एवं 50 अंक के विषयनिष्ठ प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) प्रश्न ओ०एम०आर० उत्तर पत्रक एवं विषयनिष्ठ (Subjective) प्रश्न उत्तरपुस्तिका पर ली जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को उत्तीर्णता हेतु दोनों विषयों में अलग-अलग 30-30 अंक प्राप्त किया जाना आवश्यक है।

The examination will consist of a Computer Based Test, Skill test, Physical Standard Test, Documents Verification, and Detailed Medical Examination (DME. All these stages of the Examination are mandatory.

Education Qualification

  • For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
  • For AirForce and Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Note: Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination

Penalty for Wrong Answers

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
