आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee)
बिहार में पूराने राशन कार्ड में नये लोगों का नाम जोड़ने या उसमें सुधार कराने के लिए आवेदन कर्ता को बिहार सरकार को कोई शुल्क नहीं देने हैं, मुफ्त में राशन कार्ड में सुधार कराने हैं। अगर आप किसी आनलाईन साइबर कैफे से आवेदन करते हैं, तो वहाँ शुल्क लग सकता हैं, किंतु आनलाईन करने के लिए कोई आवेदन शुल्क निर्धारित नहीं किया गया हैं।
पात्रता Ration Card Online 2023
अब बात ये आती हैं, कि राशन कार्ड में कौन लोग नए लोगों का नाम जोड़ पाएंगे, तो राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने के लिए आपके घर किसी सदस्य के नाम से राशन कार्ड होने चाहिए। तभी आप नए लोगों का नाम राशन कार्ड में जोड़ सकेंगे। अन्यथा, आप नए लोगों का नाम राशन कार्ड में नहीं जोड़ पाएंगे। आईए अब जानते हैं, कि नए लोगों का राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने के लिए आपको कौन-कौन से दस्तावेज देने होंगे।

आरसीएमएस पोर्टल (RCMS Portal) में जिन्होंने पहले ही लॉगिन आईडी (LoginId) बना ली है, कृपया माइग्रेट मौजूदा यूजर मैनुअल डाउनलोड करें और निर्देशों का पालन करें (Step by Step)। यदि माइग्रेट करने वाले उपयोगकर्ता अपना पासवर्ड भूल गए हैं, तो पासवर्ड भूल गए (Forgot password) का उपयोग करें। आरसीएमएस पोर्टल (RCMS Portal) में जिसका पहले से लॉगिन आईडी (LoginId) बना हुआ हैं, वैसे यूजर JanParichay Meri Pehchaan पोर्टल पर फर्स्ट स्टेज में साइनअप(Sign Up) का इस्तेमाल नहीं करे।

Inter 2022 scholarship portal is only open for girls students
This portal is currently open only for INTER (12th) pass out of BSEB 2022.
Students eligible as per the advertisement of INTER 2022 scholarship of the education department, Government of Bihar need to apply.
A student will get this scholarship only once.
the name in Aadhar should be as per the student’s name (As per the applicant).
A unique mobile no. of a student or family member can be used for registration, making it active for further alert.
A unique Email-Id of students or family members can be used for registration, making it active for further alerts.
The bank account should be in the name of the student and such applicant will be only registered, a joint bank account or bank account in any other name is not allowed.
Students can register to the portal by providing details such as student name, totally obtained marks, date of birth as of 10th, Aadhar details, Bank account details, and Mobile no. Email etc.
User id and password after due verification it will be sent to the registered mobile no and email id, wait for the User id and password. This can also get the user id and password by clicking on Student get user id and password
Do not share the user and password with any other person.
After obtaining the user id and password login into the portal and complete the form and finalize the application.
After completion of the form finally submit the application form on the portal and print a copy of the application form for future reference. no. change is permissible after the final submission of the form.

इस योजना के लिए जो भी अभ्यर्थी फार्म भरेंगे उन्हे कोई भी आवेदन नहीं देने हैं, आपको केवल आनलाईन आवेदन करने है आगे की क्रिया विभाग के द्वारा किया जाएगा।

राज्य के अंदर अवस्थित अंगीभूत अथवा मान्यता प्राप्त संबद्ध डिग्री महाविद्यालयों / संस्थानों से दिनांक 31.03.2021 के बाद स्नातक अथवा स्नातक समकक्ष का डिग्री प्राप्त किया हो।
राज्य के अंगीभूत एवं मान्यता प्राप्त संबद्ध डिग्री महाविद्यालयों (खुला विश्वविद्यालय सहित ) से दिनांक 31.03.2021 के उपरान्त स्नातक / स्नातक समकक्ष उत्तीर्णता प्राप्त छात्राएँ ऑनलाईन पोर्टल, पता:- medhasoft.bih.nic.in/mkuysnatak 2021 पर आवेदन करें।
ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय लाभार्थी ऑनलाईन निर्देशों का पालन करें। आवेदन स्वीकृत होने पर लाभुक के मोबाईल पर सूचना प्राप्त होगी।
पोर्टल पर प्राप्त आवेदनों का विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा Upload किये गये परीक्षाफल से जाँच के उपरान्त विभाग के स्तर से राशि लाभुक के खाता में अंतरित करने की कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
योजना का लाभ प्राप्ति हेतु लाभुक का खाता राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक, मान्यता प्राप्त निजी बैंक अथवा इंडिया पोस्टल पेमेंट बैंक का खाता बिहार राज्य में अवस्थित किसी शाखा में हो।

PM Kisan e KYC 2023: सूचित किया जाता है कि PM-KISAN योजना में सभी लाभुकों का e-KYC सत्यापन कार्य अनिवार्य रूप से किया जाना है। e-KYC सत्यापन की सुविधा सिर्फ CSC / वसुधा केन्द्रों पर ही उपलब्ध है | e-KYC सत्यापन लाभुक के द्वारा अपने नजदीकी CSC / वसुधा केंद्र से बायोमैट्रिक तरीके से किया जाना है। e-KYC सत्यापन के लिए लाभुकों को केंद्र स्तर से निर्धारित 15 रूपये सत्यापन शुल्क वसुधा केंद्र को भुगतान करना होगा | e-KYC सत्यापन नहीं किये जाने की स्थिति में लाभुक योजना से वंचित किया जाएगा। Aadhar OTP से भी e KYC कर सकते हैं, किंतु आपके आधार कार्ड में मोबाइल नंबर लिंक होने चाहिए।

ई.के.वाई.सी. के लिए आपको कोई शुल्क नहीं देने हैं, यदि आप खुद से ई.के.वाई.सी. करते हैं, आधार ओ.टी.पी. के द्वारा तो आपको कोई शुल्क नहीं देने हैं। यदि आप CSC के माध्यम से के.वाई.सी. कराते हैं, तो आपको 15 रु देने होगें। (जिनके आधार कार्ड में मोबाईल नंबर लिंक नहीं हैं।)

सूचित किया जाता है कि PM-KISAN सम्मान निधि योजना में सभी लाभुकों का e-KYC सत्यापन कार्य आगामी 13वीं किस्त से पूर्व अनिवार्य रूप से किया जाना है। बिहार में 16.74 लाख लाभुकों का e-KYC सत्यापन लम्बित है। संबंधित लाभार्थियों को डी० बी० टी० कृषि विभाग से इस कार्य को कराने हेतु SMS भेजा गया हैं।

सभी लाभार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि दिनांक 28.01.2023 तक e-KYC सत्यापन कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें, अन्यथा जिनके द्वारा e-KYC सत्यापन कार्य नहीं किया जायेगा, वे आगामी किस्त से वंचित हो जायेंगे। e-KYC सत्यापन लाभुक स्वयं पी० एम०-किसान पोर्टल से अपने आधार लिंक मोबाईल नंबर से OTP के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं या अपने नजदीकी CSC/ वसुधा केंद्र से बायोमैट्रिक तरीके से कर सकते हैं। बायोमैट्रिक तरीके से CSC / वसुधा केंद्र से e- KYC सत्यापन के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित 15 रूपये शुल्क भुगतान करना होगा ।

सबसे पहले आपको अधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://pmkisan.gov.in/ गुगल में खोलने है।
फिर वेबसाइट खुलने के बाद आपको Farmer Corner में पहले नंबर पर e-KYC लिंक पर क्लिक करने हैं।
इस लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपको एक नयी पेज खुलेगा।
यहाँ (OTP Based Ekyc) अपना आधार नंबर लिखे।
आधार नंबर लिखने के बाद Search पर क्लिक करे।
तत्पश्चात आपके आधार रजिस्ट्रेड मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP भेजा जाएगा।
OTP लिखने के बाद आपको Submit कर देने हैं।
फिर आपको Successful का मैसेज दिखेगा, अर्थात् आपको के.वाई.सी. सफलतापुर्वक पूर्ण हुआ।
अथवा नीचे लिंक दिया जा रहा है, यहाँ से आप e KYC कल सकते हैं।
How to e-KYC By CSC (CSC के माध्यम से KYC कैसे करें)
आपको बता दें कि CSC के माध्यम से केवल CSC संचालक ही KYC कर सकतै है। इस माध्यम से लाभुक खुद से KYC नहीं कर सकते हैं। जिनके आधार कार्ड में मोबाइल नंबर लिंक नहीं है, वे लोग ही CSC के द्वारा अपना के.वाई.सी. करेंगे, इस माध्यम से के.वाई.सी. कराने पर सी.एस.सी. संचालक को आपको 15 रु देने होगें। इस माध्यम से आप मुफ्त में के.वाई.सी. नहीं करा सकते हैं। नीचे लिंक दिया जा रहा हैं।

Fresh/New?
First Step –Institutionshave to go with the option Institution registration, on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the portal then click on save button. After successful Institution registration, Institution will receive SMS/email for their login details. Upon Institution Registration – For Signing In the Portal will instruct the person to login with Institution Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Institution is required to fill the Registration form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website. The Institution then need to add details of courses approved from competent authorities where post matric scholarship students of BC, EBC, SC and ST students pertaining to Bihar are studying.
Second Step – Student have to go with the option Student registration, on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration, student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration – For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login and submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website.
Third Step –Student should upload the requisite documents, finalize the application and take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button for future reference.
Fourth Step – Mere applying the portal does not make the student eligible for the Scholarship payment rather a well-defined procedure as laid down by Education Department, Govt. of Bihar will be followed before releasing Post Matric scholarship to the BC, EBC, SC and ST students.
How can I apply online for scholarship?
The Post Matric Scholarship Schemes of Govt. of Bihar for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 (Within the State/Outside the State) are applied only through online portal. In order to apply online, please visit the website through URL: http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/ and Mobile App Post matric Bihar
What Documents to be uploaded on the Website?
Only Scanned copies for all the Original Documents as required in the online application form valid for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 should be uploaded. The List of Documents Includes

No Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents which are not legitimate should not be uploaded. If Any False/unauthorized documents are uploaded then the application will be rejected.

What is the last date for submitting applications online?
For Post Matric Scholarship : In case of fresh and Renewal scholarships for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 students can apply online as per Education Department Advertisement.
Till what Time Can I Upload the Documents on the website?
All Students must Upload all the Documents and finalize the application before the last date as specified in advertisement of Post matric Scholarship 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar.
Where can colleges (Within State) get their Login Details?
All the Institutions/colleges(Within State) can also get their Login Details –Username/Password from their respective -District Education Officers (DEO).
Is there any Application ID?
Yes. An Application ID will be provided to the candidate once his/her application is completed along with all the scanned documents uploaded successfully. It will be conveyed to candidates through SMS and e-mail. Student can also print copy of finalized application. Students should keep their Application details as it will be required while applying for renewal.
When Can Students apply for Renewals?
The website is open for the Fresh & Renewal Scholarship applicants for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 any technical queries, E-mail: [email protected] and contact Helpdesk on the Website.
Can I edit the information already saved and up to what time?
You can edit information filled by you until you finalize and submit the online application.
Do I need to get my Aadhaar Card to apply for Scholarship?
Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory for the Students in order to fill up the application form online.
Is PANCARD mandatory for applying for the scholarship?
No, PAN Card is not mandatory.
What should I do, if I do not find my institute name in the drop-down menu?
If name of institution is not in the registered list of institutions of our portal then request your institution to register on our portal along with requisite documents. The institutions are provisionally allowed registration to enable students of the institution to apply for the scholarship. However only after proper physical verification of institution records and student records at institution by duly constituted committee of Govt. of Bihar the payment to the student will be released through DBT (PFMS).
How to check the status of my application?
Student can check the status of Online Application by logging with his/her login details.
Can I take print-out of my application at any stage?
You can take the print out of your application number of times once you submit and upload, finalize the application.
Is Bank Account is mandatory for applying for the scholarship?
Yes, Bank Account in name of Student is mandatory. The bank account should be active to enable the payment through DBT.In case of Joint Bank Account holder then the Name of Student should be first beneficiary of Bank Account.
How many times an institution can register on the Portal?
An institution can register only once on the portal. However institution can upload any number of courses as applicable to the students.
How many times a student can register on the Portal?
A student can register only once on the portal for an academic year. The student can further renew without entering more details for next academic year onwards.
What happens if illegal practices are followed by institution or Student?
In case institution or student is found providing illegal or misleading information or Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents then the application form will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against concerned persons/parties as per law.

1) चलंत (Locomotor) दिव्यांगजन छात्र/छात्राएँ जिनका आवासन बिहार राज्य स्थित महाविद्यालय / विश्वविद्यालय परिसर से तीन किलोमीटर या उससे अधिक दूरी पर हो
अथवा
2) वैसे चलंत (Locomotor) दिव्यांगजन जो स्वावलंबन के उद्देश्य से बिहार राज्य में रोजगार करते हों और परिवार के कमाऊ सदस्य हों तथा उनके आवास से उनका रोजगार स्थल तीन किलोमीटर या उससे अधिक दूरी पर हो।

Simple six steps to apply for new ration card application
➢Registration ➢ Login ➢ Add Applicant Details ➢ Add Member Details ➢ Upload Documents ➢ Final Submission
Registration Form
First of all, Applicant should be register on online portal with valid name as per Aadhaar, mobile number, Aadhaar number and email id. (Steps are given below) 1. Applicant will enter their name in English and Hindi both, and mobile number then click on get OTP
2. After click on “Get OTP”, A SMS will sent by application to applicant at given mobile number, they will entered received OTP on their next screen(given below)
3. After validate their OTP, a new screen will appear on the portal where applicant will enter Aadhaar Number, select their district of Bihar, pin code, password, confirm password and captcha then click on Register. (screen shown below)
4. After register button click, applicant will get login Id through which they can login the portal and fill the application. Applicant will also get their login Id on their given registered mobile number as well.

Dashboard
After login by applicant, dashboard screen will be open. Through this dashboard screen, user can read the instruction mentioned carefully. At top of the screen a menu will also appear where user can see the option of New apply. Here user will select one time option that either this application is for rural area or urban area.
Applicant Form
After selection of Area from menu, applicant information form will be open where applicant will fill their details as per application required.
Applicant Member Form
After submission of applicant information, a new screen will display on portal. By this screen user can add ration card members using valid Aadhaar number, Name should be also match with Aadhaar Card and required information as well.
Now after completion of adding the members for same applicant, a link button will be appear on same screen i.e “Go for Upload Document”. By help of this link applicant will proceed to next step i.e document upload. As soon as there is a member’s added, it will continue to be displayed in the table below. Through the edit and delete button shown in this table, the applicant will be able to update or delete the details given.
Applicant Member Form
On clicking the edit, the details given by the member will fill in the screen above (Screen shown below). The same foot applicant was also shown the update button with the help of which he would be able to update the details change.
Applicant Upload Document Form
After Adding members of same application. Applicant will go for Document Upload (Screen Shown below). At this page kindly read the instruction carefully before document upload. There are two upload control will display here, one for family photo upload and other for document upload.
In this application, the applicant will have to scan all the applicant and member’s documents and upload them by merging them together. All documents must have a self attested by applicant and members and also checked the checkbox which document you are giving from your side.
Application Final Submission Form
The final submission will be the last step by the applicant, in which the applicant will view the submitted information Bihar New Rasan Card Online Apply 2022
Next step by applicant is to fill the Annexure either in YES or NO and finally submit the document. You have to check the declaration mentioned before final submission.
Before final submission, the application will also confirm whether they want to make the final submission or not
After the final submission, you will not be able to change, add or delete any information given by the applicant and the application will also get a SMS on the registered mobile number of the applicant, in which they will get their application Id and final submission information as well.
