NEET UG Admission Online Form 2025, Notification Out, Eligibility Criteria, How to Apply, Registration and Login Direct Link, Exam Held on 04 May 2025

NEET UG Admission Online Form 2025: As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. The NEET (UG)-2025 scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AH courses as followed in the past by the rules governed by respective regulatory bodies.

Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also apply for admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2025 are required to qualify for NEET (UG). The NEET (UG) score will be used for shortlisting for selection to the four-year B.Sc. Nursing course.

The exam will be held on 04th May 2025 and the duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (03 hours) from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST).

The NEET (UG) – 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

• General Candidates: Rs. 1700/-
• General-EWS/ OBC-NCL Candidates: Rs. 1600/-
• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender Candidates: Rs. 1000/-

Centers Outside India

• All Category: Rs. 9500/-

Payment Mode: Pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking fee mode.

Education Qualification

• • Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology PCB Group of Subjects from Recognized Board in India.

Exam Pattern of NEET UG Admission Online Form 2025

Important Points to Note: To answer a question, the candidates need to choose one option corresponding to the correct answer or the most appropriate answer. Marking will be done as per the following criteria:

1. Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4).
2. Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
3. Unanswered: No mark (0).
   

Mode of Examination

Candidates are hereby informed that NEET (UG) – 2025 will be Single day single exam in PEN and PAPER mode as was conducted last year 2024.

Duration of Test

The duration of the test would be three (03) hours. Compensatory time of one hour for examination of three hours (03:00 hrs) duration for PwBD Candidate [having a physical limitation to write] will be given, whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not

Medium of the Question Papers

Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the NEET (UG) -2025 is being conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

• Candidates can opt for a Question Paper in any one of the following 13 languages:
  • English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Punjabi.
